Been here?
Paid motorhome area at the port, about 5 minutes’ walk from the castle, with electricity, clean showers and toilets, and supply and disposal facilities. The current price is 30€ for a camper plus 2€ per person. It is generally quiet and feels secure, although a street sweeper may arrive shortly before 8 and work for about 30 minutes. A restaurant is directly beside the site.

Although the site costs €30 for the camper and €2 per person, it gets full marks. We felt safe and comfortable here.
Nice for one night. Well equipped, clean
Basically a good pitch near the castle. Clean showers and toilets, electricity, and water and waste disposal available. Quiet at night... until the street sweeper arrived shortly before 8 a.m. and made its rounds for 30 minutes. We paid €34 (camper, 2 people, all-inclusive), which is expensive compared with the nearby free parking area, including electricity. If you don't need to fill or empty tanks, you should use that one instead, east of the Meri Spa Hotel.
I recommend this place. Very peaceful. A 5-minute walk to the castle. The harbor master's office is next to the restaurant. Excellent service, also in Finnish. Clean showers (4) and toilets. Chemical toilet and other waste disposal available. Price €30 + €2 per person. A new caravan service building is currently under construction.
In the off-season, call the harbor master. The site is still quite full of boats then. Pure camper parking area. All services are available. Sanitary facilities are okay. In high season there are certainly too few toilets. Great location for the town center, with a top-class restaurant right on site.
The site was closed when we arrived and full of boats on trailers. No services were available. A large building is built at the end of the site. Not sure if this will be a fantastic new facility for campers or a completely different use. We stayed in the carpark outside the (magnificent) Hafen restaurant where we had dinner. Not cheap but wonderful. I hope the camper site reopens for everyone…
8.5 m. In on 1/10/2025, out on 2/10/2025. €25 cash in the low season with electricity, without use of the bathrooms. If the automatic payment machine is not working, call the harbor master. The area is open until 31/10. Very quiet. The only nighttime nuisance was the loud humming of the heat-pump fans from the surrounding buildings. Direct gray-water drainage is inconvenient but feasible.
Friendly harbor master, good site with electricity and water and waste disposal, close to the fortress and not far from town.
Great site and not far from the little town. We thought the restaurant was good too. Happy to come again.
Excellent welcome, good location and plenty of space.
The site was too bare for us and we did not consider it suitable for an overnight stay. However, we were allowed to fill up with water free of charge—many thanks for that!
We were also allowed to empty our tanks and dispose of waste here free of charge. Many heartfelt thanks!
Clean place and within walking distance of the center. There are three spa hotels next door, so there are plenty of places to wash. Site fee €30/24 hours + €2 per adult.
We were allowed to empty our tanks and fill up with fresh water free of charge, even though we did not stay overnight here. This service cannot be taken for granted, so we appreciated it all the more. Merci, Oscar!
The castle and the town are interesting. The restaurant is very good. The site manager is friendly. The site now costs €34 and is hugely overpriced for us considering the location, facilities, and above all the cleanliness of the sanitary facilities. For us, this was the most unpleasant camper site on our trip through the Baltics so far.
Simple, clean, friendly staff. We stayed one night, 27€. The price is expected to be higher in the future.
