Zoo parking, quiet nights

Perfect for a quiet night. We slept perfectly on Saturday night, with no noise or disturbances. Thanks to the zoo management for allowing families travelling through to rest here. Perfect area if you are travelling with a pet, as there is plenty of space for it to move around a little. Be careful because the entrance shown by Google is wrong. Pay attention to the signs indicating the zoo entrance.

We spent one night to see whether the weather would be kinder the next day for visiting the animal park. We contacted the park to ask permission, with no problem. We had a very good night despite the strong seasonal wind.

There is now a barrier in front of this park site. It looks like it's completely closed.

On 29 January 2024, we spent a quiet night alone in this parking area. We left before the zoo opened so as not to disturb anyone.

Perfect free parking for a stopover or one night. Very windy and a busy road.

Zoo parking, perfect for visiting the zoo and castle. No problem parking overnight. The parking area is fairly flat and quiet. The castle is worth seeing, with daytime and nighttime shows. The zoo is also very good. A must-do. However, bring your own water supply; there are no services, just parking.

We spent one night in the quiet parking area because there was nobody there. Ideal for visiting the zoo and castle the next day, or continuing on the holiday route.

A great place to spend the night. In the evening there is nobody there, so you can enjoy a huge space. It is great to be on site for visiting the zoo. Parking without services but free!! The nearby road is a little noisy. Nevertheless, we recommend this place—and the zoo visit, of course!
