This is a large parking area near the sanctuary, offering a beautiful view and generally quiet overnight stays. The latest report mentions a rubbish bin, toilets and 3 potable water points. Traffic increases in the morning, and access should use the main road rather than narrow side roads.

Parking area with a beautiful view. There is a rubbish bin in front of the church, toilets, and three drinking-water points. We stayed there for two nights without any problems. Quiet at night, with a little more traffic in the morning.
Clean and relatively level area. Dirty toilet. Questionable water quality. Cars and motorcycles all night long. Constant honking. Broken, flickering site lighting. But a fairly beautiful view.
We have been staying for two days on this clean, level and large parking area. Parking here with a motorhome does not seem to be prohibited. However, there are no water or waste-disposal facilities or electricity. There is a clean public toilet. The site is also very quiet at night. The view is beautiful, and the town of Vibo Valencia is within walking distance.
Beautiful view, but unfortunately the toilets were closed, and we were unsure whether the water was safe or suitable to drink.
Lovely place to stop for the night. The drains/water are under construction so only the female toilet was open (but no water in the tap). The water tap right down the bottom had water but not the ones up by the toilets. Beautiful view!
Beautiful parking area on a slight slope. We slept in complete peace with a view of the sanctuary. A bathroom and a water fountain are available, though not very close to the parking area. Excellent, unobtrusive lighting, and the cars passing by are not particularly bothersome at night.
Great parking area for spending the night. It was very quiet. There is water, and the toilets are closed in the evening. A fantastic view.
Easy stop from the highway. Calm nature feeling. Very clean and maintained grounds. We found the bathrooms unlocked. Noise from street ends around 12am and starts around 5am, but absolutely acceptable.
Enough space, well located for a stopover. Also ideal for large vehicles. You feel safe. Very easy to reach via the SS182 main road. Do not take the small roads, as thorn bushes on both sides will scratch your vehicle (see sketch/photo)!!!
