It is generally safe and secure, though there is some nearby road noise and occasional traffic overnight. A lorry may park alongside, and events at the racecourse can affect availability. It is best suited to short stays.

Did two nights here over Friday/Saturday arriving late and leaving early. Out for day trips between nights. No problem. Little close to road noise but otherwise safe, secure and level.
