Been here?
Ardgualich Farm is a small, simple campsite with electricity, new toilet and shower facilities, and exceptional views over the lake. Some pitches are beside the water and quiet, while other areas can feel cramped and contain construction vehicles and equipment. Access includes about 5 miles of single-track road, and the drinking water has recently been reported as yellowish. Facilities are basic but generally clean, and cash payment is required.

There are several pitches with a beautiful view of the lake. Many long-term campers. However, you should know that parts of the site are filled with vehicles and equipment belonging to a civil engineering company. This spoiled our view of the campsite. We were also greeted very rudely.Translating
What a beautiful place to spend the night! Very kind owner and clean toilet block.Translating
Nice, small campsite with an incredible view of the lake! New and clean sanitary facilities! Also suitable for large caravans, although you have to tackle about five miles of single-track road. With plenty of patience it is doable. The drinking water was somewhat yellowish; perhaps it was harmless, but we did not drink it. The sanitary facilities also smelled a little.Translating
What a gem. We were given a spot right down on the water’s edge as we don’t need electric. The main pitches look a bit cramped but down here it’s silent. Gorgeous! £25 without lecky. Translating
The only positive is the view of the lake; otherwise, access is via a road cluttered with, among other things, abandoned vehicles. The supposedly potable water is yellow and the welcome is unfriendly. In the morning, we were woken by a brush cutter.Translating
This is a really nice place to get down to earth. we love the basics of this place. Don’t get me wrong, but there is everything you need.Translating
We got referred to this place by the super sweet cousin of the owners. 10/10 worth the drive! The surroundings are so beautiful, it made me want to cry. The owner (met just one) was so kind and relaxed. We got a camperspot for 30 with electricity and the best view ever. You can swim down by the tent pitches. The place is clean and the vibes are immaculate. Would absolutely recommend!Translating
Great view, bathrooms and toilets perfectly fine. Relaxed and friendly owners!Translating
View is fantastic. Well maintained. Peaceful and serene. Clean facilities. Cash only. Translating
Fabulous location - were lucky to arrive early and get a good pitch by the water where we had a dip - reception lady took a bit of effort to get a smile from her but she’s ok actually! Facilities basic but clean with cleaning stuff provided Translating
Beautiful spot very scenic. Facilities ok. Only there one night so not long enough to judge cleanliness etc Translating
Stunning views and right by the water. Hot, spacious showers and a kind owner who loaned us an electric extension. We had 2–3 bars of 4G on Vodafone. The only downside—tents and vehicles could park freely, which made it a bit hectic. Someone briefly blocked our view, but it was resolved kindly and no fault of owner, of course. £30 for pitch and EHU. Will definitely be back!Translating
Lovely night with a view of the lake after an uncomplicated late arrival at 10 p.m. Payment is cash only, but euros were accepted (€30 per night). Excellent sanitary facilities, free of charge, and a great laundry room. The only issue is the drinking water. It is slightly yellow with a few particles in it. When asked, they said it was filtered and that she had been drinking it for 50 years. We did not drink it.Translating
One of the most beautiful places where we stayed during our trip. Extremely beautiful view, clean showers and toilets, and a good price. Absolutely recommended!Translating
We spent one night in our camper van on May 22, 2025, for £30 with electricity. We booked by phone that same morning. Small campsite. Very beautiful view of the lake; most pitches seem to have a lovely view. Clean, heated sanitary facilities. Take a trip to the nearby Queen’s View!Translating
We went there spontaneously and got a place on the meadow with a view of the lake. There is everything you need here. We paid £25 and were more than satisfied. The showers and toilets are clean and new. We would come again.Translating
Very beautiful place for camping; access can be a little intimidating, but it is worth the effort. Showers and toilets are available. A night with electricity costs £25.Translating
A wonderful place; you can camp beside the lake with a 220V power connection, clean facilities, and at £30 per night it is very convenient. The nearest pub is 3 miles away.Translating
Incredible place for a special time in nature! Spotless facilities, a perfect and spacious pitch! Cleanliness! Peaceful!Translating
Very nice campsite! Lots of permanent caravans but still plenty of space right next to loch. Great for a cold swim! The showers are nicer than mine at home with heating in the bathroom that was very appreciated! We didn’t book in advance, £25 for two people for one night non powered. Peaceful but not quiet (Lots of geese). Translating
Fabulous place, the views are amazing, and so relaxing just sitting watching paddle boarders, swimmers, canoes, kayaks and small boats going up and down the loch. Showers large with hooks and chairs to keep items dry off the wet floor. Easy grey waste and chemical disposal. £30 with electric, for large motorhome 2 people and dog. Definitely be back.Translating
A dream for anyone seeking and loving nature. Be sure to visit Queen's View. Cash payment only. The approach is typically Scottish. You should know that there is absolutely nothing here—no shops or pub. We really enjoyed it. Unfortunately, the toilets were very, very dirty.Translating
Campsite with amazing views, we loved it here! Showers are very spacious as well.Translating
Camping with a lovely view at an affordable price (payable in cash or by bank transfer). The facilities (showers, toilets, and washing-up sinks) are very clean, heated, and comfortable, with plenty of space and a good layout. It is also possible to empty grey water easily and free of charge.Translating
A really beautiful place that we will definitely visit every time we pass by. Pitlochry is also a lovely village to visit. For us, a solid 9 out of 10.Translating
Amazing spot near the waters edge with great facilities and a reasonable price. We didn't book and were received with a friendly welcome. Translating
Absolutely quiet other than geese over the loch. Great views, clean services - what else can you want?Translating
