The ground is flat and the setting is attractive, but recent visits have been disturbed by barking dogs and mowing around 8am. Many people may visit to swim during the day. A local mayor has said that motorhomes are prohibited because the area is flood-prone.

A beautiful place to stop but kept awake by dogs barking and possibly otters in the river making lots of noise. I noted how short the grass was but the strimmer man still came to strim at 8.30am.
