Scenic overnight parking, uneven ground

Great location, quiet but hard to find level place.

We stayed here with five campers spread across the three terraces and had a very peaceful night. Small, charming place, clean toilets next to the church, and a great view. We will return!✦Translating

We were here a few years ago. Unfortunately, the weather is not very good, but it was fine for a short walk up the hill to the wonderful church. There are three large levels available, though they are quite uneven. We had to use chocks with our large motorhome. Motorhomes of any size are possible, but you must be self-sufficient. We had the quietest night in months, completely alone in total darkness—wonderful!✦Translating

16 Sep 25. Beautiful place too stop. We were only 3 vans all night, Pin drop quiet (bells only from 06:00). The church is beautiful and very unique. Water and toilets by the church for those that need them. Recommended for en route stop to Ptuy.

Beautiful view but the pitch slopes slightly, so chocks may be necessary. No services directly at the parking area. You have to walk up to the basilica for the toilet, water, or bar, so leave in good time! Beautiful bells ringing at all hours. By the way, Google Maps, coming from Ptuj, directs you through an adventurous narrow lane, especially for our 7.5 m vehicle. Better stay on the main road.✦Translating

Beautiful, peaceful place with a lovely view. Signs guide you there. We spent one night here. There is a church directly above the site, so be prepared for the ringing of the bells ?✦Translating

Difficult to find with a large camper. We are here with a large camper, alone at the lower car park by the church. Fine place, and easy to cycle to Ptuj on a well-signposted path.✦Translating

I confirm that it is a great place for an overnight stay. My daughter immediately ran to the zip line in the playground. Quiet and peaceful; you can walk to the church. There is also a place for barbecues, so for me it is 5/5.✦Translating
