Canal parking, motorway noise

A lovely place, but we suspect the neighbors called the police to report people sleeping in the parking lot. The police officers were very friendly, though.✦Translating

We settled down to eat beside the canal (a magnificent sunset) and spent a peaceful night by the water. No toilets or water, but the place is clean.✦Translating

The parking area was very dirty, with lots of litter blowing around. The grass is tall, making it difficult to see the boats, and there are few shady spots. We did not stay.✦Translating

Great place. Lots of space and many shade-giving trees. Large grassy area. Endless boat-watching on a busy route.✦Translating

Beautiful picnic area for large motorhomes. Parking is free. Nice for watching the ships.✦Translating

Clean, quiet site. The motorway is not far away but is not bothersome. The highlight is watching the barges and boats. We spent the night and the day here.✦Translating

We stayed here comfortably for one night while passing through. Large, empty parking lot, somewhat noisy because of the motorway. No prohibition sign.✦Translating
