River parking, morning traffic

This roadside parking area beside the River Dee is used by locals accessing the river and is not a passing place for the bridge. It can be quiet overnight, although traffic and pub visitors may begin from about 07.30. There are no facilities, while the Grouse Inn is about 2 minutes away on foot.

in a way I do agree with people saying it looks like a passing spot but it is not I live in this area and have for many years and it is used by the locals to park to go down and swim in the river
Great spot. Very quiet although some traffic from about 07.30 and from visitors to the pub.It is NOT a passing place for the bridge.

Not a lay-by at all but a passing area for the narrow bridge. Did not feel comfortable stopping for the night, maybe in an emergency but there are plenty of lay-bys nearby off the A5 if you really need somewhere to stop. If I was a local I would not be happy with a motorhome or van stopping here. Disagree with previous comment re 6-8 vehicles either side. Be respectful and choose another spot.
