Been here?
A secluded, wind-sheltered parking area beside a football ground, among trees and close to Guincho beach. It is generally quiet at night, with shade, bins and fast mobile internet, but the nearby road is audible. Football matches and training can create heavy traffic, lighting and significant noise before the facilities close. Access is easy from the road.

Very easy to access because it is next to a road, but there is traffic noise and, above all, a football field parking lot: matches and lots of noise. I arrived at 3 p.m. on a Sunday; the match lasted until 5:30 p.m., and by the time the parking area emptied it was after 6 p.m.
Decent spot for a night. The road is audible, but no problem. Thursday evening was soccer training, lots of cars came. but at 10:30pm the flood lights were out and it was quiet. Morning was super quiet.
I only had a peaceful breakfast in the shelter of some trees; I could imagine that one could sleep peacefully here too.
We spent one night on the right side of the field, under some pine trees that gave us shade in the morning. It is sheltered from the wind, and despite it being summer, we stayed cool. The area is very quiet; we were alone. People were playing on the field at night, but by 10 p.m. they had finished and all the cars had left.
Not the best view, but honestly there is plenty of space, on the left as you enter and also to the right of the field. You have to go along the football field and park beside the hedges. Clean, with bins; we slept very well. Not a sound.
We had a good night's sleep. We saw the police car pass with its lights on twice, but they said nothing to us… There are trash bins.
They have closed the site because of the pollution caused by other campers. Unfortunately, it is no longer accessible.
Nice spot. sheltered low wind low noise flat(in some places) view to the mountains. Good mobile internet service (Vodafone) 30mbs with just phone.
Nice for a night, stay by the football parking as the other road is destroyed and can’t pass.
Night spent here on August 16: there was football training that evening, so lots of coming and going in the parking area and the field lights were on, but it was quiet at night. However, it was very windy all night. Contrary to other comments, we were not under the trees on the right of the parking area because access is not easy with an old van due to a very rough, bumpy incline.
