24 Via dei Giardini, 55023, Borgo a Mozzano

This free gravel parking area is in a narrow dead-end street, although vehicles over 7 m can pass, and it is slightly sloping. It has lighting, trees and a threaded water tap with good pressure, but the waste-disposal point is unusable. The football pitch is active during the day, trains pass behind the area but usually stop at night, and road traffic continues day and night; the town is 5 min away and Ponte della Maddalena is about 900 m away.

An unmaintained car park. But it was great and felt safe for one night, hence four stars, especially since it remains free. Disposal facilities unusable.
Good parking spot. Undisturbed night. I was completely alone. No trains from 10:30 p.m. until around 6:00 a.m.; then the first train woke me. The wonderful Devil's Bridge is about 900 m away on foot. Climbing the bridge is reminiscent of the Great Wall of China.
The railway is right behind the site and a train passes every hour. Fortunately, they stop after 10 p.m. and resume at 7 a.m. On the other side is the main road, where cars pass all day and night. There is a small bin and a water tap. The village itself is lovely and there are beautiful walks starting from it.
Good parking to visit the devil's bridge Ponte della Maddalena. There's threaded water tap with good pressure.
