We spent three nights at this campsite. Shaded, spacious pitch. Ideally located near a seaside promenade. However, the major drawback is the sanitary facilities, which need a thorough renovation.Translating
We wanted to stay one night (we had no other choice). Warning: two-night minimum. Refused... no sense of customer service.Translating
Good, quiet campsite with few visitors at the end of May, very close to the shore of Arcachon Bay, where swimming does not seem very appealing to me, but there is a beautiful water-sports centre at the campsite. I found the sanitary block near the entrance standard for a campsite. The T pitches are excellent for motorhomes, sheltered from falling pine cones, with an unobstructed southern aspect for the satellite dish.Translating
Good, quiet campsite in the off-season. Sanitary facilities a little outdated for a four-star site, and hot water takes a long time to arrive. Perfect aquatic complex. Very good on-site restaurant. Excellent welcome—we arrived at 11 a.m. instead of 2 p.m. and there was no problem.Translating
Great campsite, with indoor and outdoor pools and a slide. Electricity is included in the price. We love the direct access to the beach and its restaurant, which has new managers who are very friendly and close to their customers. The meals are excellent, nothing like last year. It is also pleasant to have a drink on the terrace while playing pétanque. I recommend it.Translating
Arrived today, 13/10; everything was closed and a sign said the site was closed for the season.Translating
We arrived with the ACSI card and asked for two nights, but we were told that the campsite was closed, even though people were moving around inside it.Translating
The high season is over, school has started, and it is quiet again. Beautiful trees and sufficient pitches. Directly on Arcachon Bay, with three access points from the campsite. Short walk to Andernos along the seafront. €28 per night for one 6-metre camper with two people, off-season. Friendly reception, fluent in English and German. Sanitary facilities are clean, but quite cramped.Translating
They told us that the minimum stay was one week, so we left.Translating
Very nice welcome; we spontaneously got a beautiful, large pitch for two nights for our 7.4-metre motorhome. The children loved the completely renovated pool complex with heated indoor pool and slides. The only negative point is the sanitary facilities, which definitely do not deserve four stars. We explored the area by bike—only 10 to 15 minutes to Andernos-les-Bains and the centre.Translating
The best moules-frites of my life!! Small, frozen, half of them unopened, swimming in their own water with not a hint of seasoning. Fries dry and, of course, frozen too. Avoid!!!!Translating
There are many things to criticize about this campsite: they charge for several nights in advance; the electrical installation is dangerous, as shown by the condition of some pitch outlets; and some floor drainage openings are left uncovered, creating an accident risk. Clearly, maintenance and camper safety are not as high a priority as bringing in money.Translating
Very pretty, heavily shaded campsite—perhaps too much shade—with a lovely aquatic complex. It says beach, but there is no beach at all, only mud. The town centre is a one-and-a-half-hour round trip along the seafront. Most shocking are the sanitary facilities, which are not worthy of a four-star site: very outdated and almost abandoned.Translating
Booked a pitch somewhere in the middle of the site online because nothing was available toward the beach. On arrival, the friendly staff offered us a pitch in the second row, even though we had not asked for one. Great! The sanitary facilities are clean. Unfortunately, there was no toilet paper. The middle of the site is probably noisier in high season. Wi-Fi costs extra and is unsuitable for streaming.Translating
Very loud family campsite, not suitable for people seeking peace and quiet! Quiet hours exist only on paper. The sanitary facilities, as already described several times, are very dirty and neglected. As an added surprise, some pitches still have large screws and nails lying around. We left after two days and cannot recommend the site.Translating
The mobile homes are nicer, but the camping pitches are better. Beware: construction work is taking place at the pool. Otherwise, the welcome was cold, especially from the dark-haired person with long hair and square glasses, who seemed genuinely annoyed even though we arrived with a hello and a smile. The sanitary facilities are not worthy of a four-star site; the water is very hot, but the facilities are old. Positive: €22 in June with an ACSI card and pleasant surroundings.Translating
PLEASE improve the shower/toilet blocks. Filthy and definitely no regular cleaning. Stayed for 1.5weeks super staff, very helpful. Much of the site feels like a construction site - large vehicle movements and dust from the building of the new swimming pool. Little policing of construction safety as machines move through the campsite. In its current form I would be nervous to stay with children.
Clean, very well-equipped campsite. Two of us stayed with a van in May and paid €105 for three nights. Although our superb seaside pitch was isolated from the noise of the construction work for the future outdoor pool, which promises to be excellent, we would have liked to be warned so we could plan our indoor pool times away from the noise and the workers' view.Translating
Beautiful pitches. Unfriendly welcome. Close to the bay. Cycle path right outside. Avoid the pitches near the playground; they must be noisy in summer. They are also not shaded. Apart from that, I recommend it.Translating
Two stars for the view and heated pool. Otherwise, the sanitary facilities are not clean, and above all, do not look at the ceilings. The staff are not very welcoming. I received a quote of €65 with the ACSI card and confirmed it with a deposit. Two days later I received a quote for €71 because the person had not noticed it was for two people. That is simply unacceptable and illegal.Translating
