The next morning at around 9 a.m., the farmer greets you warmly and collects the €10. He is very friendly and also speaks English. There is a beautiful cycle path along the coast to Omaha Beach. A beautiful working farm setting. Cattle lowing tractors trundling by and the sweet smell of silage. A real step away from the city. Pay the farmer € 10 in when he calls by in the morning for your pitch with electric and water. There’s a shower and toilet in the farmhouse courtyard and a friendly dog to greet you. What more could a wanderer need.

Beautiful location, but extremely noisy because of the road running directly alongside it. Tractors drove back and forth constantly until 1 a.m.! Hygiene left a lot to be desired: dog excrement on the pitch and feces on the ground, with the water hose lying in it! Since our children are 2 and 4 years old, we chose another campsite. Great campsite with grey- and black-water disposal, drinking-water filling, waste containers at the entrance, and electricity at every pitch. The farmer comes by around 9:30 or 10 a.m. to say good morning and collect the fee. There is plenty to do nearby, especially if you are interested in World War II history. You need at least a bicycle for shopping, and you can buy Calvados from the neighbors.✦Translating

Fabulous site, very helpful owner and Stella the dog is a brilliant guide taking you around to the pitches. Calm and peaceful with views over farmland. The owner comes around at 10am to collect fees. No local shops but fabulous pop-up restaurant /bar L'ephemere run by Jonathan 500m away, his uncle sells cidre, calvados and other apple products in the next building

The best overnight stop of our trip! In nature, peaceful, all-inclusive for €10—really great! Also fun with children because you can visit the cows. Close to most attractions too. The only downside is that there are no shops or bakeries nearby.

We did not sleep there, but we left the motorhome to visit the park. The lady was very kind, and the cider was excellent.

We very much enjoyed our stay. Rural and quiet, perfectly situated to visit the beaches of the Normandy landings in 44’. Big private spaces. Close to the coastal path. Highly recommended. Will be back. PS: give the dog my regards.
