Marshside parking, collapsed access

Superb view. Easy and quiet access. Do not go behind the bridge because the road is collapsing. Swimming possible.

A very peaceful spot despite the road around it, as there is very little traffic. There are a few almost level spaces. You can no longer access the second spot a little lower down because you can no longer cross the small bridge and the road behind it is collapsing. In any case, the scenery is incredible. Good 4G phone signal. Safe travels.

With the floods this winter of 2026, the river reshaped its bed and swept away the road leading to the spot. The large area in the bend of the lightly trafficked road remains; it is fairly level and allows several vehicles to stay without problems. 4G signal is present but weak. We spent a very good night there.

A pleasant and quiet place in nature. You can choose to park 'upstairs' or take the road farther downhill to near the water. Both are beautiful and quiet. The road passing about 100 meters from the spot has very little traffic, so it does not cause any disturbance. We stayed here for two nights.

Deserted place. The road is collapsing. Avoid it. The lake is dry! Another waste of time!!

Good, but only for the first level. The second level has a steep slope and large stones, even rocks... We went down as far as beyond the bridge. Very quiet. In the mountains. This year, at the beginning of April, there was only a trickle of water in the riverbed.

Very creepy! I arrived around 7 p.m.; a confused homeless man came barefoot out of the parking area toward the road. I parked in the large parking area without going farther down, and there I saw, among other rubbish, dozens of used condoms on the ground, some bloodstained. A local man tried to talk to me, but he did not really inspire confidence. Women alone, do not stay there …

Perfect for a quiet night, with a view of the lake if you go down a little (beware of some rocks).

Only three stars for the quietness. Indeed, few cars pass by; the place is very peaceful and deserted, with no services. We spent two nights there.

Although it is directly on the road, it is very quiet at night, because basically no car is passing by. However nothing too special.

Quiet place; there were six campers tonight. There is enough space, so everyone has their own area. You can hear the herds in the distance. A few lemons and clementines. Respect the place; do not leave toilet paper everywhere! And making fires is forbidden (the forest ranger came by to raise awareness).
