Lay-by, time-limited daytime parking

This is a free lay-by with impressive bridge and estuary views, suitable for a short daytime stop. Parking is limited to 4h, with no return within 4 hours, and overnight parking is prohibited. The road is fairly busy, but there is a lovely walk towards the coastal path and no toilets.
