Unnamed Road, 252 08, Slapy
Been here?
A wooded campsite near Slapy reservoir, with the beach a 2-3 min walk away and electricity almost everywhere. It suits tents, vans and smaller trailers better than large motorhomes. Facilities are dated but not dirty, and showers operate only for a few hours in the morning and again in the evening. A one-night stay for a camper, 2 adults and a 2-year-old cost 630 kzc without electricity, payable cash only.

Quiet campsite with 1970s charm! Either the owner has changed or things have improved since the previous reviews, because the welcome was friendly and the atmosphere in the pub in the evening was very nice. Yes, the toilets and showers are from the 1970s, but they are not dirty, and you do not need to dine there; the campsite has a small snack bar with various light meals.
Disappointing. The owner does not come across as friendly. The shower and toilet facilities are very outdated and unpleasant. The toilet area smells. The pitches were very uneven. Very expensive: 630 CZK for one night (camper, two adults and a two-year-old child), without electricity. Cash only! Plus point: about a four-minute walk from the river. We do not recommend this place; look elsewhere if possible.
