Overnight parking, morning traffic

For years I have parked here overnight when visiting Montpellier. No height barrier, several spaces, and quiet as long as the surrounding offices are closed. It had always gone well, but apparently it has become a squatter hangout (confirmed by the young people present), at least on Saturday nights...
