Tornesfjord camping

Beautiful pitches in a prime location with wooden-deck terraces. For children, one of the best sites on our trip: an artificial-turf football field, an XXL playhouse, and a slide tower. There is also an opportunity to swim and observe jellyfish, otters, and more directly from the shore. Very friendly owners! Boat rental is also excellent!

Beautiful pitches to choose from. We arrived at 4:00 p.m. and there were still several pitches available.

An incredibly beautiful campsite! Right on the fjord, with absolutely everything you need. We spent one night completely alone in the front row, where fishing was practically possible from the motorhome.

Very clean and new sanitary facilities. Well-maintained site. The toilet facilities are somewhat farther away depending on the pitch. Friendly staff.

The site and sanitary facilities are excellent. The walk to the facilities is a little long, and somewhat difficult in a storm like yesterday :) Otherwise, a wonderful place to relax and unwind, with a small harbour right at the campsite.

Our favourite camping site after two weeks in Norway. Great view and facilities. The owners take good care of the site, clean and empty the trash several times a day. A paradise for the kids, a big playground with two trampoline, a football field, etc. Friendly owners and receptions, would love to come back here.

Very quiet and peaceful, with a Nordic, almost mystical atmosphere. The bathrooms are cleaner than those at my home... You can also catch mackerel, which you can cook in the well-equipped kitchen. On top of that, the price is extremely fair. Perhaps the best.

Very beautiful and well-maintained campsite. The staff were very friendly, and the facilities overall are very modern and still new. We stood right by the water. Seating areas are available for everyone to use. Washing machines and dryers cost 40 NOK each. Showers cost 10 NOK for 6 minutes. Fishing is possible everywhere, including north of the harbour from the rocks. A very good mackerel spot.

Great site. We stayed one night longer. We were lucky to get a spot in the front row by the water. From there, the walk to the sanitary facilities is a little longer, but not a problem. Very well maintained, including background music. Very nice staff, great location. TOP.

Great campsite. Friendly and helpful staff. The playground is generously sized. You can also rent SUP boards or a boat. The rental prices are fair. The sanitary facilities and kitchens are very clean. Excellent.

Pitches with very beautiful views of the water, some with wooden decks. Modern, clean sanitary facilities. A nearby harbor and swimming area, as well as many outdoor games for children. Overall, a very nicely laid-out, quiet campsite.

A wonderful campsite on the fjord. Beautiful views. Great flat places next to water, clearly marked and spread out with gravel base and wooden platforms. Facilities are a bit of a distance from motorhome places, but that’s the only slight downside. When the sun comes out you wouldn’t want to be anywhere else. Fully recommend this place as stopover before Atlantic Road.

A very nice site with a great atmosphere. The sanitary facilities are excellent, and the pitches with small wooden terraces are well laid out and spacious. It is also suitable for fishing from the pier at the small harbor. We stayed only one night and would have liked to stay longer, but unfortunately had to continue because of a booked ferry. A highly recommended place to linger.

A very beautiful site, with spacious, paved pitches for large campers at the water’s edge, with terraces, so they are also practical in the rain. Very nice owners; we were able to rent a motorboat from them. Fishing is also possible from land. Heated, very clean sanitary facilities. The price is fair for what is offered. Great view of the fjord. We stayed two nights.

A really beautiful campsite, even with a kitchen—which had not been mentioned before. You quickly get in touch with other guests because the pitch terraces are close together. We are very happy to come back.

Nice, clean place right on the waterfront, with a bench, water, shower, and kitchen available. We paid 300 NOK for the van.

Lovely peaceful place, clean and tidy. Too bad about the weather; otherwise we would have stayed a third day.

Adding to the previous comments: the washing machine and tumble dryer are new and cost 40 NOK each; payment must be made at reception. Showers cost 10 NOK for six minutes. Definitely also a nice spot for anglers. My husband caught a large pollock. The swimming bay is also suitable for kids.

Very beautiful site, great view, very friendly owners. Something for everyone: a lovely playground and football field, plus water activities such as SUP and a water jumping board. Two excellent sanitary facilities; showers are not included. Electricity available. Wooden platforms from the second row onward. Dogs allowed. The kids are happy, and so are we.
