Riverside climbing, muddy access

There was already a truck at the far end of the site that decided to light a fire during an orange fire-risk warning. I parked quite far away, but still smelled the smoke and saw the flames. An idyllic place beneath the poplars.✦Translating

Large parking area, relatively flat, beside the river. There is no direct access to swimming from this dirt-and-grass parking area, but a little farther upstream it is accessible on foot. This spot is much less busy than the parking area opposite, and it is much easier to access for large vehicles, unlike the one across the river.✦Translating

Very nice and pleasant spot, with very little traffic on the road side. WARNING: do not attempt this with a large motorhome. It is very complicated because of the trees and difficult access. We managed it and got out with great difficulty on dry ground.✦Translating

We arrived late and the spot was completely full. We retraced our steps and settled in the parking area: ideal for a quiet night, with the sound of the river, and flat. The river is accessible. The first climbers arrived in the parking area at 9 a.m.✦Translating

A little after the bridge, we took the first right, in a converted van; it is a little steep for motorhomes, and slept in the shade of the trees. It was perfect: one night and exceptional swimming. Of course, this place should be kept clean.✦Translating
