This spacious, level parking area lies beside a lightly trafficked departmental road in the forest. It is generally quiet for an overnight stay, although occasional cars may pass, especially near the pond. The Hanau pond and walks are nearby, with the ruins of two castles close by. There is no electricity, water, or emptying point.
