Hi! The farm can now only be reached via 2100-054 São Torcato. We stayed with Gemma over the New Year period of 2025–26. Great place for those seeking peace and quiet! Apart from the guard dogs, nothing can be heard. The route to the farm is recommended only for small motorhomes—a simple farm track up and down. Unfortunately, we could not find the access road. Even after exchanging messages five times, we only received information that was difficult to understand. The link they sent ended at the neighbor's gate. I eventually gave up; after six hours of driving, I just wanted to arrive. Perhaps a sign would help.✦Translating

May 4, 2024. Friendly welcome, lovingly landscaped, partly shaded. Covered seating area with cooking facilities. Clean sanitary area. Wildlife: peacock, geese, ducks, dog, and cat; none of them were disturbing. Very pleasant stay. Two people with a camper: €16.✦Translating

Wow, what a great place this horse farm is—you can park your camper among the horses! Gemma is a lovely woman who can always use some help, such as filling hay bags, mucking out stables, repairing fences, and so on. Our children were very enthusiastic and helped a lot. There are no services, but you may empty your toilet on the manure pile and take water! Highly recommended!✦Translating

It is fantastic here; you may help the farmer! We had to get up at 10 o'clock, but that did not matter. We built a fence, mucked out the stables, and put the horses in the pasture. It is great here! We also received a reward!✦Translating

We arrived in the evening and started working at 10 a.m. in the morning: mucking out stables, sweeping, sorting flea-market items, cleaning, and so on. This continued all day. In the evening my son asked if he could take a shower, but that was not possible because there was no shower, no toilet, no electricity—nothing. After that comment I had had enough. I told her we could work for her all day but get nothing in return.✦Translating
