€60 per night. Showers, hot water for washing dishes, and everything else costs extra. The shower is very weak; the water pressure is not enough to wash your hair. The playground is extremely small. On the plus side, it is right by the dunes and has a great beach.

We had a wonderful stay on Ameland, and the campsite is beautifully located between the dunes. However, it was also the most expensive site we have visited so far at €75 per night. That would be acceptable in itself, but we also had to pay €1.20 per five minutes for showers, and even the water for washing dishes cost €0.50 each time. It really adds up. Far too expensive!!!

Nice large site. The shop on the site offers everything needed. It is simply very spread out. Many long-term campers.

Wonderful campsite! Area Z, for example, is away from the bustle, directly between the dunes, while the sanitary facilities and everything else are still nearby.

The campsite does not accept dogs. There are vacant pitches, but they are somewhat crowded together. A cycle path between the campsite and the dune avoids the noisy main road and goes as far as the lighthouse and Hollum.

Beautiful site just behind the dunes, offering different areas depending on your preference. The sanitary facilities are sufficient and clean. There is a small supermarket on site with fresh rolls in the morning, as well as a snack bar. Bicycle rental is also available directly on site. Cars must remain outside in the car park, so there is no car traffic on the site.

Quite expensive for a spot on a field. You have to pay additional fees for hot water (shower, dishes, etc) half of the time the water is cold and two times the machine took the credit without activating the hot water. Didn’t use the WiFi because we were not informed. Service at checkout was a little rude.

The site is spread out behind the dunes, has very clean sanitary facilities with shower cards, and is car-free. Motorhomes can leave the site once the barrier card has been activated. It is about a 20-minute walk to the center. Bicycle rental is available on site, the internet is good, and the shop at reception sells fresh rolls. An idyll for nature lovers!
