Paid hill parking, late-night noise

Pleasant peaceful stay in April. Well spaced bays for up to 5 vans to park. £10 overnight parking fee. All dog walkers and hill walkers left by mid evening which meant for a peaceful evening. Picnic tables with BBQ slabs on them to rest your throw away BBQ. Bins and toilets on site with one disabled toilet left open over night.

Very pleasant and quiet place to spend the night. One toilet open all night, all toilets open during day until evening. £10 a night which is good value, can pay by card or cash using parking machine.

Very peaceful. Good facilities. Clearly marked fairly level bays. £10 pay & display. Warden visits early morning & evening. Great walks from here in the Lomond Hills. Stayed 2 nights on weekend, one other van each night.

Actually a nice place... But unfortunately only one star. At night, young people drive around here and do full-speed circles in their cars. We felt unsafe! So unfortunately too expensive and restless for £10. Find another place.

Beautiful place, we stayed for two nights. Toilet available, and there are several walking opportunities from here.

A lovely spot for the night with lots of walks felt safe and quiet. Toilet open 24h towards the entrance of the carpark. No water point and Poor (but some) service. 5 overnight bays and there were 2 of us here tonight plus a tele-handler parked up.

Nice place to spend the night; £10 is quite reasonable. Toilets are available, but there is no sink. We cycled from there up the mountain and into town.

Very quiet, well organized, with five marked spaces for motorhomes. Clean toilets, day and night, without a sink. Hiking starts from the parking area; a superb, silent walk with sheep and the setting sun in the background. No midges during our stay.

5 bays £10 a night in honesty box, lovely location, v quiet except for local youths late in the evening playing loud music n doing handbrake turns in carpark. They were gone by 11 but it was a weekday, I wouldnt use this place at the weekend. All it needs is a CCTV camera up and send video to police to identify number plates. Would soon stop this sort of anti social behaviour in places like this.

You pay £10 here for one night. There is a toilet that is also open at night, but unfortunately no running water for washing hands, etc. However, there are countless beautiful hiking trails in the surrounding area.

We arrived and security signaled for us to leave. There were lots of work vans. There was a sign saying the car park was closed, which we only noticed afterward. Avoid for now until the work is finished.

Five bays for overnight camping; it costs £10 to camp overnight, from 8 p.m. to 7 a.m.

Beautiful spot, very quiet and scenic surrounded by lovely pine trees and easy hill walks. 5 quite big spots for campers, flat gravel parking. Very pretty with lots of picnic benches. Gents didn't open in the morning. Ladies were open, bit odd as they didn't have sinks, but they were clean with hand sanitizer and loo paper.

Only five spaces, and at £10 it is pretty expensive. Still, it is a lovely place, especially for hiking. It felt safe.

Super quiet spot, £10 for 24 hours or £2 for an all-day ticket. The payment machine is currently out of order. Plenty of walks around, a few picnic tables, toilets open from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m., and it starts getting busy with dog walkers at 7–8 a.m. A few small bins.

States 2 hours free parking as you pull in which implies that’s a maximum but when you read the sign you can park longer if you pay. Campervans/motorhomes overnight from 8pm for £10, in a designated spot (maximum 5 units), if you want to park earlier then you have to pay extra parking charges. Decided not to stay so didn’t note other charges sorry.
