A small parking area beside the narrow-gauge railway station, near a picnic place and tree house. The train stops here 4 times a day, and it is possible to travel to Alūksne, have coffee and cake at the hotel, and return by train. A steam locomotive may occasionally pass.

A small car park beside the narrow gauge railway station. From here you can get the train to the town of Alūksne ( end of the line ) have a coffee and cake in the hotel beside the station and ride back on the same train to your van . if you're very lucky you can catch the steam loco like I did in the photos . Its a small friendly area .
