Piazzale Sandro Pertini 2, 14049, Nizza Monferrato (AT)
Been here?
This fenced motorhome area is 50 meters from Nizza Monferrato’s centre and shops. It costs 10 euro for 24 hours, including electricity, and provides fresh-water loading, grey-water and toilet drainage, a shower, and a coded gate. The area is clean and well managed, but pitches are fairly narrow and road traffic causes noise day and night. There are no toilets.

Congratulations to the Nice Camper Association for managing the area so well, just a few steps from the historic centre and shops (bakery, greengrocer, etc.). Price: €10 including electricity. Reservations are possible. The facility is fenced and closed by a gate with a code. Definitely recommended.
Excellent camper area, very well managed. Just two steps from the centre, where there is practically everything. Nizza Monferrato is truly worth a visit.
It deserves five stars without hesitation! Excellent price in relation to the services provided, especially considering that it is just a short walk from the centre.
It has everything one could want from a camper spot apart from quietness. The noise of the road makes it impossible to give five stars, even with easy access to the centre. Places are fairly narrow apart from a couple that have a bit more space.
Municipal area managed by a camper club. In my opinion, this is the most functional and effective solution for managing a camper stopover area, with fresh-water filling, grey-water drainage, toilet emptying, power sockets and even a satellite antenna connection. The attention of people who love travelling by camper is the best guarantee of good management. An example for other municipalities.
Excellent stopover area, close to the centre and with a shower.
Excellent stopover area, managed by campers who understand the needs of travelling campers. Clean, tidy and well organised; the only drawback is its proximity to a very busy road, both day and night. Cost: €10 per 24 hours, including disposal services and electricity.
I am not giving it the fifth star because there are no toilets, but I find it a very good camper area. Clean, tidy and very close to the town centre, where there are all services, bars, supermarkets, shops, etc. There is a small park next to the facility for dogs. Very well managed, including friendly service.
Convenient camper area for visiting the town. A very busy road runs along one side. Fresh-water filling and drainage are available, and electricity is included. To enter, you need to request a code by phone, or call the numbers displayed. It now costs €10 for 24 hours.
Excellent parking in the centre of Nizza. For €7, parking and full services, including electricity.
We stayed here over the All Souls' Day weekend; they also opened the outside parking area to accommodate more campers. Excellent service. There is also a shower and a station for washing dishes.
Small camper area but complete with all services and very well managed by volunteer staff—hats off! Very close to the town centre, where you can find everything. The only drawback is that it is right beside an elevated, very busy road—what a shame! €7 per day, all inclusive; only a toilet is missing. Otherwise, highly recommended. Congratulations to the management!
An excellent area, with all services for €7 (including electricity), personal attention and extremely friendly service, trees and spacious pitches—wonderful. We came here because of the good reviews and recommendations, and we can only agree with them. A ten-star area.
Five stars, even six, if only motorhome areas and certain other municipalities could take note: €7 and every comfort, shaded, well maintained, clean, electricity included at every pitch, even a TV connection, and friendly people. Thank you.
Good stopover area with electricity, a drainage point, drinking-water taps, a shower, and sinks for washing dishes and clothes with hot water. Good shade (the trees in the photo have grown), 100 metres from the town-centre arcades. The road is nearby but did not disturb us at night. At this time of year, mosquitoes and ripe mulberries fallen on the ground cause some problems, but they are manageable.
Perfect private area with all services for only €7, a good stop on the way to the holiday destination, and close to the town centre for a stroll along the very pleasant pedestrian street with its old shops.
There is no toilet; the site is centrally located but beneath a through road.
