Rue du stade, 76890, Saint-Pierre-Bénouville
Been here?
This free motorhome area near a small Normandy village offers exceptional value: free water, electricity, waste disposal and toilet use (donation suggested). Only one toilet operates and electricity may cut off by morning. Space for 10+ vans on level hardstanding. 30 minutes from Dieppe ferry. The bread machine mentioned in the original description likely no longer exists.

Thank you for this free area; it has everything, even electricity. A donation is only logical. Bravo for this initiative.
This is always our first/last park-up when using the Dieppe ferry. Nice and quiet with one working toilet; there is a donation box. All services are working, although the electricity is cut off in the morning.
Nice, quiet site that feels safe. Level hardstanding. Beautiful Charolais cow in the field. Toilet and sink (not clean). Only 30 minutes from the ferry at Dieppe.
Wonderful site. Great toilets and very quiet. A dream.
We spent the night here and it was great. All services are free, including electricity. There is a door at the entrance to the toilets; please leave a donation to thank the village for the services provided. If there were more stars, I would give more. Thank you for the initiative.
Absolutely superb. Many thanks to the municipality for offering travellers such luxury. It is absolutely peaceful and perfect for a lovely break. However, we could not find the bread dispenser in the village; I think it is no longer there. There are no shops. Do not forget to leave a donation; a letterbox is on the first door in the toilets.
Perfect park-up, right opposite a farm and super quiet. Enough space for more than ten vans. The toilet block was spotless. Thank you to the local community for maintaining this site. Please remember to leave a donation.
A gem of a find in Normandy. It was almost impossible to find somewhere for water without needing tokens or an expensive campsite. This place had free water, waste disposal and electricity, and we stayed for three days while working as we travel. It is donation-based, so we left a donation for the community that runs the site. Very quiet and pleasant stay.
Great location for an overnight stop after getting off the evening Dieppe ferry. Basic toilet block (only one in use), but it has services. Would stay again.
Absolutely spectacular that Saint-Pierre-Bénouville provides such a useful, well-kept and lovely spot! Thank you to the town!
In the deep countryside, an exceptional area with all services, and free as well. Toilets and shower almost clean. A financial contribution is morally obligatory. Many congratulations to the municipal team.
A peaceful area near a farm. Gravelled, so excellent even when it rains. Walks around the area are shown on an information board. Free services; do not forget to make a donation before leaving! Thank you to this charming village for welcoming us into this haven of peace. No noise from the wind turbines, even in strong winds.
Lovely free aire; donations should be placed in the letterbox in the toilet block. Peaceful rural location next to a farm. Two toilets and a sink, not the cleanest but perfectly adequate. Surrounded by countryside. A ten-minute walk to a baguette/pastry machine (cash or card) by the museum. Plenty of walks but nothing else. Thank you to the community for providing this.
Many thanks to the town hall for this free area. A very peaceful night in a place with all services (toilets with non-accessible bowls, water and electricity), level gravel ground, no height restriction and no marked pitches. Inside the bathroom there is a letterbox for donations to help maintain the place.
We used this aire as our first stop after getting off the ferry. Great find; we were the only van there. We did not need to use the services. We left a donation and put it through the letterbox. Thank you to the community.
Many thanks for this countryside area. The ponies and cows are our neighbours, much to our delight. Do not forget a contribution in the box if you want there to be more aires like this.
Very quiet aire, top-quality services, at the starting point of a hiking route. Thank you to the municipality.
Great free donation-based aire with free electricity. There are six electric points sharing a 16-amp fuse, so if you have problems when sharing, it is best to reduce the heating to 2 kW if possible. Water services were available in March too. Very quiet. Bread available in the village.
Thank you to the municipality for this very well-located aire with all services (unfortunately, the electricity was cut off this Saturday at around 5:30 p.m.). We did the 7 km circuit indicated at the town hall, a breath of fresh air through forests and fields, a lovely route. We will not forget our contribution in the box provided for this purpose; we will return without hesitation.
Thank you to the municipality for this motorhome area with water, electricity and waste disposal. Above all, do not forget to leave a small donation so that this area can continue. A very quiet night.
Very nice place; we had a peaceful night. Everything you need is available. Toilets (not the cleanest, but there are worse) and water. We put something in the donation box so that it can continue to be maintained.
Great place, thank you to the municipality and citizens. Remember to put a little money in to say thank you.
Pleasant place for a good night's sleep. Be careful where you step: there are dog messes scattered around, especially at the foot of the service post. Perhaps they are the farm dogs opposite, as we saw them wandering around the motorhomes.
Narrow streets lead here—be careful. The water pressure is so poor that you cannot realistically refill your tank using the push-button mechanism. Peaceful place to stay, though not good for walking dogs, as there is only a narrow road used by cars and no pavements.
Perfect! Gravelled area with water, electricity, rubbish bins and a toilet—everything is here. We put money in the donation box in the hut; it is thoroughly deserved for this small municipality.
We got everything here. Thank you for letting us stay on Christmas Eve. We put some money in the box to help with maintenance. This aire is only 30 minutes from Dieppe, where we were heading. Very useful. Thank you again.
Wonderful little stopover on the way south, with toilet, water and electric hookup if needed. Lovely and peaceful, with nice country-lane walks for the dog. Donation box in the toilet block to help keep this free site running for everyone.
Beautiful little countryside area with all services free of charge and a donation box. Quite normal. Thank you to the municipality.
Just relax! There is nothing to complain about here—in fact, quite the opposite! Many thanks to the municipality for this place. After the frustration of the height restrictions on the coast, this is a real blessing. Thank you!
We spent one night here. When we arrived in the afternoon, there was a pétanque event at the site, so we could not park until 7 p.m. The site is near several wind turbines, which make very loud vibrating noises at night when it is windy. Our dogs panicked, so unfortunately we barely slept. Nevertheless, thank you to the municipality; we donated for the electricity through the slot in the door.
We spent two relaxing days and nights here. There is nothing to do here, but it is a good place to wash clothes, clean the camper again or simply relax. Everything is available and free. In the toilet building there is a door with a donation slot; please donate something for this great service, which is unfortunately no longer common.
Many thanks to the municipality. All services are indeed available (electricity, water, and grey- and black-water disposal), as well as toilets. I hope motorhome travellers are respectful and leave a donation in the box.
Fantastic overnight stop after disembarking from Dieppe, just half an hour from the port. Flat ground and all services free of charge. There is not much in the village, just the bread machine mentioned by others, but it was a truly peaceful night, exactly what we needed to recharge.
One of the most peaceful nights of our six-week motorhome tour in France. A sociable aire like this, which makes us feel welcome, is greatly appreciated. Thank you to the local commune for this excellent spot. We will definitely stay here again! Please donate to keep it going for everyone.
Thank you to the municipality for trusting visitors with the donation principle. Immaculate services.
A little grubby. Nevertheless, probably popular because of the free services. Some people seem to live there already. We had a quiet night. It can be very stormy.
This area has everything: water, grey-water drainage, black-water drainage and electricity, all free. But do not forget your donation, located in the toilets. The only drawback is that there are no shops in the village, just a bread dispenser; bring change.
Perfect stopover, 30 minutes from the ferry port.
The only toilets in France with seats. Clean toilet block, very peaceful location. Great for the ferry coming or going. Only one other camper.
Many thanks to the mayor and citizens for such a peaceful and precious welcome. Motorhome travellers: a donation box is inside the building on the private door, perhaps not visible enough. Let us keep the site going with a financial contribution. Safe travels to everyone; as long as there are places this welcoming, we will keep travelling.
The very best: everything is free, there are toilets, rubbish bins and an information board for walks—in short, a little corner of paradise that is wonderfully quiet. Thank you to the municipality, and to the mayor for the hiking information that helped us find our way back.
Beautiful location directly on the lake, large pitches and a very friendly welcome. ACSI accepted. We would gladly come back.
