This is an old, disused section of road with 3 or 4 trees providing some shade. It suits a meal break and can also be used for sleeping, with a mostly level surface. The access is at a right angle, somewhat rough, and the far end is blocked, making turning difficult; traffic noise comes from the nearby main road.

Very good for a meal break
Pleasant shaded place for a lunch break.
Disused road with three or four trees providing some shade. Perfect for a meal break or to sleep. Attention: it is not easy to distinguish the road. Slow down well, as the entrance is at a right angle and the ground is somewhat rough. The road is blocked at the other end and it is difficult to turn around. Leave space at the beginning of the road to reverse and exit the same way you entered.
Loud and overgrown. But it was okay for a break.
Great for taking a break, beside the road on an old section. It is flat and there is shade.
Section of the old route, parallel to the road. There are several shaded spots beneath large trees. We stopped for lunch and a break. A few other motorhomes were there. Level and quiet; it would also be possible to spend the night.

Long, wide dead-end road. The verges are inaccessible, but you can picnic on the dead-end road. Of course, there is traffic noise from the main road 30 metres away.
