Località Mari Ermi, 09072, Cabras
Been here?
A very simple camper area directly on the beach at Mari Ermi, with friendly owners, electricity included and a relaxed setting. There is no drinking water, and the available water is lukewarm and slightly salty; showers are free but basic, while toilets are cleaned in the morning. Homemade pizzas are available from 19h, sometimes requiring advance reservation, and there is no general shade apart from some pitches under pine trees. From the north, access is no longer possible for vehicles up to approximately 7 meters staying at this pitch.

A dream beach, a very low price including electricity, a very relaxed atmosphere, a magnificent sunset, and a few mosquitoes if you stay near the small bushes. Otherwise, there is a constant, refreshing breeze, which is fortunate because there is no shade. Very friendly staff.
Pros: It is practically right on the beautiful, quiet beach. Homemade, tasty pizzas are available from 7 p.m. onward; you can reserve, but it is not necessary. Basic but sufficient facilities. The bathrooms are cleaned in the morning. Cons: The showers are not cleaned, though they are acceptable if you are not demanding. No shade, but manageable with an awning or beach shade. Worst of all, the mosquitoes at dusk are unbearable, although that is not the site's fault.
The place would be beautiful and the sea is lovely. The only issue is that the campsite, or rather the stopping area, is very basic. With a little more work it would be exceptional. There is no fresh water; showers and washing are done with salt water. They are free, but again, very basic. Advice: come with enough food and water for the duration of your stay, otherwise you will have to leave if you run out.
Motorhome area facing the sea, with a few electricity points along the sides. Basic services without frills, but we were welcomed well. On Sundays, a cheese producer comes by. There is no drinking water, so it is best to stock up beforehand. The showers are made from large barrels or silos as shown in the photos; they provide cold, brackish water, lukewarm at midday. Price: €16 per night.
Beautiful campsite offering a variety of pitches. We stayed under the pine trees, and the shade was very welcome in these scorching temperatures. Be careful with awnings, as pine needles stick to them; thanks to the German motorhome owner who helped us free ours. I recommend this campsite.
Simple site with very friendly operators. No marked pitches; you can park wherever and however you like. Everything is clean, with lukewarm, slightly salty water everywhere. The beach below the site is wonderful, with no seaweed. We managed to eat pizza without ordering in advance, but it was below average.
A wonderful place directly by the sea, with a kilometers-long, beautiful, South Pacific-like beach. Very uncomplicated. Sanitary facilities not rated, as we stayed self-sufficient.
Functional site directly on the beach. There is no shade. The sanitary facilities are as mentioned several times before. The pizza was sold out because it is only available by pre-order, which is difficult for late arrivals. We were quite disappointed by the much-praised rice-grain beach, as it was full of seaweed and poorly maintained.
This is how I imagined a camper holiday in Sardinia. A pitch directly on a dream beach, very basic sanitary facilities, friendly operators, delicious pizza on site, an amazing sunset, all affordable at €20 including electricity. Unfortunately, there is no service for necessities such as drinking water, bread, or vegetables, so shop beforehand.
Large pitch directly by the sea, with free choice of location in May because it was still quiet. The toilet and shower are basic but clean. The site is right on the beach and offers good value for money at €16.
A simple pitch on the meadow directly by the sea. Showers and sanitary facilities are very, very basic, as others have described. Only cold water for rinsing and showering. But the beach and sunset make up for it. I think €20 per night with electricity, limited to 2 amps, is fine.
A pitch. I agree with most of the comments. Great and inexpensive for a self-sufficient motorhome. We are already here for the third year and will definitely return. The pizza from the neighboring site is excellent and inexpensive.
At €16 without electricity or €20 with electricity, it is absolutely reasonable in my view, considering that the site is directly on the beach. You cannot get closer to the sea. The toilets and showers are probably as old as the owner, but he is absolutely friendly and uncomplicated. Anyone with everything they need in their vehicle will find a quiet, beautiful, authentic place here without having to give anything up.
Very basic motorhome area, but with everything essential. Courteous owner. €16 per night. Unfortunately, the beach is full of seaweed.
Very basic pitch directly on the beach, €20 for the night. The location is truly excellent, but €20 is really not justified. The cold showers cost 50 cents for three minutes. The toilets are just pit toilets. The site is okay, but the price is simply not justified.
Very beautiful location right by the sea. It is a large field; electricity is not available at every pitch. The facilities are basic: €20 without electricity and €24 with electricity. There is not a bit of shade, but the sea and beach are spectacular.
Wonderful beach, flexible choice of pitch, deluxe sunsets, and excellent pizza on site at weekends, all for €16 per night. Low-budget holiday with low-budget standards, just as a simple camper's heart likes it.
The location is unbeatable. The sanitary facilities are ancient, dirty, and have clearly not been cleaned for a long time. I emptied my waste tank but could not replenish fresh water.
€16 without electricity and €4 for 2-amp electricity is absolutely fine for the wonderful location at the rice-grain beaches. We had as much space as we wanted and really enjoyed our time. Excellent pizza stand. Order early via WhatsApp or you will face very long waits. A place we will return to. P.S. The entire beach is a dog beach.
Not a dog beach. Extremely many mosquitoes.
This feels like the North Sea. Great location directly by the sea. The sanitary facilities are extremely borderline, especially the showers, which have no hot water. Investment is needed; then I would gladly have paid a few euros more. I would still return.
Beautiful place directly by the sea. Dreamlike sunsets and many kite surfers riding the wind. The toilets and showers are not luxurious but do the job perfectly. We paid €16 per night without electricity, with electricity costing €4 extra, and found it really cheap for this spot. We can definitely recommend it.
Dream beach, very beautiful location. However, there are many mosquitoes in the evening, and the operator should do something about them. Showers are only average, waste disposal could be improved, and today, Saturday, there was constant loud music. Verdict: beautiful spot with drawbacks; currently we would not return. Definitely bring mosquito repellent.
The site seems splendid to me. It is ideal for connecting with nature and doing your own thing. Right in the middle of the beach, the stars are incredible. Very quiet and spacious; you can camp wherever you want, with no rules. It cost us €16 per night, or €20 with electricity. Bathrooms and showers are available, with cold water only.
Simple pitch directly on the beach, ideal for kitesurfing, but with everything we need as campers. The pizzas from the food truck are incredibly tasty. One star deducted because the 2-amp electricity supply is useless for us; even the refrigerator trips the breaker when switching from gas to electricity. The reported mosquito problem was probably not an issue this time because of the constant wind.
€20 per night with 2-amp electricity. We could not use the air conditioning because it kept tripping the breaker. The man is not very friendly, but the location is good and the sunset is superb.
Directly on the beach, with water and waste disposal and electricity. From the second day onward, water and waste services were included in the price: €15 per night. Otherwise, for a single overnight stay, add €5.
Area reached after two kilometers of unpaved road. Friendly welcome. Sanitary facilities are old but clean. Reasonable price: €16. Unfortunately, the beach is covered with dry seaweed and there are mosquitoes in the evening, making it impossible to stay outside. Far from a town.
We stayed for two days; friendliness and hospitality were excellent, and the prices more than fair. I paid €16 per day including water and waste services. The place is 20 meters from the sea, with a free beach. Recommended.
The site and price are fine. The electricity protection is very weak, so using the air conditioning is impossible. The beach is beautiful and the sunsets are indescribable. There is no drinking water on site, something to bear in mind if you stay longer. There is also a designated disabled-access pitch in the first row, directly by the beach entrance. Very exemplary.
Crowded; we did not stay because there were far too many people.
Area in a spectacular location right by the beach. The sunsets are impressive and at night the sky becomes a blanket of stars. The facilities are very rustic but include everything. I am not giving it five stars because of the access road and because the electricity is limited to 3 amps, which is just enough for the refrigerator and battery charger. The price is more than reasonable.
Basic stopping area. No electricity and no water or waste services, €16. Convenient because we could leave the van parked until 8 p.m. the following day and walk to Is Arutas beach. Parking at Is Arutas costs €13 during the day and €18 overnight.
