It is difficult to park in York with a motorhome; it is prohibited in most parking lots. We parked well here and could walk directly to the city walls and along the path. The price is expensive: GBP 12.75 for two hours. For us, that was acceptable while passing through.
Expensive, but needs must.
Full of commercial vans, with no room for our Ducato-based motorhome.
Parking on the left hand side of a busy road opposite Waitrose which also allows motorhomes, not many car parks accept motorhomes & campervans in york Parking machine only takes coins or you have to download the app cost me £20 fo 24hrs of parking wetherspoons 10 mins walk
