A fruit and vegetable market takes place on Saturday mornings, and it has also operated on Friday mornings, mainly near the front of the lot. Leave the front area clear on market days; the location is also convenient for cycling and visiting restaurants.

Fairly level, quiet at night with minimal traffic. But at the end of July 2026, there was also a market on Friday morning! Park at the far end of the parking lot; the market is mainly at the front. We knew nothing about it and happened to be here on Friday morning, so ideally leave the front completely free on market days.
I was here in November 2025 and spent two nights here. Very good place for cycling tours and for visiting restaurants that are still open at this time of year.
