Camping Alvorão

Positive: very well located, 2 km from a beautiful town with an excellent Intermarché, restaurants, and everything needed. Half an hour from remarkable sites such as Tomar, Ourém, and Fátima. Easy emptying of all waste water and filling. Negative: poorly maintained grounds, unusable swimming pool, outdated and dirty sanitary facilities. €15 per night; not worth more.

Excellent. A tremendous improvement in the campsite’s conditions over recent years, thanks to the management’s hard work. I recommend it.

Unpretentious camping club with many permanent caravans. The pitches for motorhomes are being developed, with recently planted trees, but all comforts are available: hot showers, laundry and dishwashing areas, a small bar, a swimming pool, and very friendly managers who make an effort to welcome and advise you. Above all, it is quiet at night.

Dogs are allowed. There is a laundry room with washing machine and dryer, kitchens and refrigerators, barbecue facilities, showers and bathrooms, as well as two swimming pools. The people who run it are very friendly. A place to enjoy without time limits for arrival or departure.

Cheap campsite: €16 for two adults, two children, a dog, and a van. The swimming pool costs an additional €2.50 per person if you want to use it. Large pitches, good bathrooms, and very friendly staff. A good place to stop overnight.

Municipal camping club, welcoming permanent caravans and local residents who come for its very pleasant swimming pool. Very large grounds where you can choose your pitch. The showers are cold. Good value for an overnight stop.

It's a very nice place to stay. it's cheap, clean and quiet Very close to the center of Torres Novas.

Pretty cheap for a night with toilets and showers. Everything was clean and our children loved the basketball court, even with the broken backboard.

The operator is very nice and friendly, and €14 for two people, a dog, and a camper is reasonable. Unfortunately, everything is very dirty. It was not poorly cleaned; it was not cleaned at all. There was a cat locked in a cage in the toilet.

The older man who served us was wonderful. He has a bar where you can have a drink at a good price. The touring area has no shade, although it seems they are working on it. There is a swimming pool and a playground. Perfect value for a stopover. We paid €15.50 for two adults and two children with electricity.

A very pleasant park; we spent a peaceful night. Good pitches with electricity, a small pool to cool off, for which a symbolic fee is charged. It is managed by friendly and helpful people. Clean, well-equipped toilets.

It looks a bit shabby when approaching, but there is a lot of friendliness behind the gate. An elderly Portuguese man is happy to help and acts as a kind of manager. You fill in a check-in form and pay on departure. Good swimming pool and cold beer (€2.40 for two beers).

Simple and very good. The people are very friendly, there is electricity and everything needed for a motorhome. Very affordable price and a swimming pool. I recommend it.
