A beautiful hiking car park directly beside a lake, opposite the Fischerhütte, with access through Beuren. The ground is sloping, with no disposal or supply facilities, but the 3.5-hour Dream Loop Rockenburger Jungle Path starts here. The fishing hut opens at weekends, and the lake cannot be circumnavigated by vehicle.

Okay spot for a rest but a bit too sloping for me. The motorway can be heard, it's relatively close.
Wonderfully located. Perfect for hiking. There is an event hut on the other side of the lake, but despite it being the weekend, nothing took place there. Check beforehand if necessary.
Nice quiet place. We had a tasty meal at the local fishermen's hut. It slopes slightly, so park your camper on the left, where it is flatter. We saw a few walkers, but it was extremely quiet.
I stayed here for one night in April and it was absolutely quiet. In the morning another car with hikers parked next to me. Apparently it is a popular parking area for hiking. Unfortunately, it is not completely level. It is best to park parallel to the path.
More accessible… blocked by barriers
Absolutely excellent. Very easy to reach. You are standing a little crooked, though. Many people walk past, but that is not really a problem. A very nice path for walking. We were there during the week, so it may be busier at weekends. The fishermen's hut was also closed when we were there.
A gem where we stayed for two nights during the week. It may be busier at the weekend when the fishermen's hut is open. The well-marked 11 km walk is highly recommended.
