This is a parking area beside the Acquaworld water park, but recent reports found it closed to the public. When accessible, it costs 4€ per day and has video surveillance but no shade or services apart from a bin. The entrance and ramp are very narrow, suitable only for short vans and not for 7mt vehicles.

We arrived in the evening and found it closed. We slept in the parking lot of one of the adjacent factories; there was a lot of traffic.
Parking at the Acquaworld center costs €4 per day. The entrance is very narrow for vans, suitable only for short campers, definitely not 7 m vehicles. Parking is on the first floor with no shade.
Excellent space for parking and enjoying a day at the water park. We stayed overnight. Quiet and video-surveilled area. As mentioned in other comments, beware of the ramp. Drive up the center, keeping the rubber curb underneath the camper, otherwise you could easily scrape the rear or side. No services.
Ideal parking for visiting Acquaworld. Be careful when maneuvering uphill and downhill! No services except one bin.
