Parked here during the day, the entrance barrier has been lifted so we drove straight in (we are 2.6m height). The national park guard came to say hello and check we weren’t camping, but they were happy once we explained we were just there for the day. Good way to access the peninsula of Goudes
WARNING: extremely risky site. A local resident came to warn us that young people regularly hang out there consuming alcohol and drugs. It has become a new spot for young people’s debauchery. On top of that, they play music at full volume and have been violent and threatening. They nearly ran over a pregnant woman. There was an article in the newspaper about punctured tires, damage to vehicles and vans, etc.
