Manor Road, OX17 2HT, Banbury
Been here?
A quiet rural passing place beside a field, with views across surrounding farmland and enough room for a medium-wheelbase Ducato. The narrow, bumpy lane is unsuitable for large trucks, and the gate must remain accessible. Very little traffic passes, with occasional cars and farm vehicles. Overnight stays of up to 2 nights have been reported without problems.

Stayed for one night in the way home. Very quiet with only 5 or 6 cars passing all evening and a couple of farm vehicles in the morning, no one bothered me. Park back to keep gate access clear it’s also a bit more level if you park back. Plenty of room for a medium wheelbase Ducato. Please take your rubbish with you.
Very quiet place to spend the night, surrounded by fields. Be careful: the road is unsuitable for large trucks, narrow and bumpy. The spot seems to be a passing place, but given the little traffic this is not a problem.
Very quiet place with a magnificent view over the plains and rolling meadows on both sides. Perfect for relaxing. The road is not in very good condition, but there were no problems for my large truck. Only one place next to the flowers. I recommend it; I stayed two nights without trouble and with very little traffic.
Probably more like a passing place than a parking spot, but given that not a single piece of traffic passed me on this lane in twelve hours, it's a great spot! Dark, quiet and full of the sounds of the wildlife - I loved it.
