Good place. Large, clean showers. Washing machine and dryer available. Good for walking the dog. But it is a good 2 km to the town. No grey-water dump.Translating
A great site well located for a 20-30 minute walk into Røros via a bridge and pleasant residential street. The site looks scruffy, but it’s no different to how a ski resort looks in early summer. Facilities are of a time, but are clean and add their own charm. You can stay until 13.30. 380 NOK for one night inc elec & all facilities excluding washing machine. Translating
The campsite is well located for exploring Røros. Down by the river you can cross the bridge and easily walk into town. Unfortunately, the site no longer fully meets modern standards. The sanitary facilities are clean but generally smell musty and look outdated. The pitches are also rather carelessly designed—Røros deserves a nicer campsite.Translating
Excellent campsite. We saw nobody at reception; everything is done by scanning the QR code on the office window. Very easy process. Recommended.Translating
We were here before Christmas. We booked five hours in advance and were almost alone. The owner’s welcome was very friendly and he showed us the facilities in good English. Toilets and showers relatively clean. The electrical hookup also worked well. A 20–30-minute walk toward central Røros. Very quiet and rustic here. We can only recommend it.Translating
Great campsite at an acceptable price considering the very touristy village. The main building is well heated, there is a spacious and very pleasant common lounge, and the kitchens are extremely well equipped. One star deducted for the showers, which were not very clean and had only moderate water pressure.Translating
Online registration at reception works smoothly. However, you get the feeling that nobody really feels responsible. It is clean, but rather neglected and in need of renovation. Somewhat uncaring, but okay for one night.Translating
One night, two adults and one child in a van for 380 NOK; electricity, showers, toilets, black-water disposal and fresh-water filling included. Washing machine and dryer cost 40 NOK each. Facilities are dated but clean.Translating
Nice place, nice warm shower! Friendly people!Translating
Unlike the previous comments, we really enjoyed our stay at this campsite. Although there are too few showers for the size of the campsite, they were properly hot even when all of them were being used at the same time. The communal kitchens and lounge were well equipped and very pleasant. We had a great stay!Translating
Beautiful site, nice operators, but too few showers and toilets. Twenty minutes’ walk into town.Translating
For 350 NOK: level pitch, showers, toilets, electricity, two kitchens with everything needed to cook, a lounge/dining area, and washing machine and dryer for 40 NOK each. Nothing to complain about—one of the best value-for-money sites. We stayed two nights to visit Røros, a 20–25-minute walk from the campsite.Translating
Everything was perfect for the price; I recommend it. Remember to wipe down the shower after using it.Translating
Level pitches, but the sanitary facilities could be cleaned more regularly. We had to clean the washing machine and dryer ourselves first, and the showers as well. Hot water only when showering alone. We saw no staff because of self-check-in.Translating
Good place. Everything necessary is available. Friendly people. Sanitary facilities are spotless and heated. The lovely town is easily reachable by bicycle or on foot.Translating
Impeccable site, everything available. Check-in and payment via the website.Translating
We have been travelling for two weeks and this was the most expensive, at 350 NOK, and dirtiest site of all! The sanitary facilities were NOT clean. We also decided against taking a shower. If you offer the site all year round, you should properly clear the pitches even with 40 cm of snow. We had difficulty finding our way around. Unfortunately, we had no alternative.Translating
350 NOK all inclusive: electricity, showers, washing machine, dryer, ironing press and so on. There are only two of us, so we had free choice of pitch. Very nice staff. No grey-water disposal, but there is an excellent service station in the next town. Hot showers, clean sanitary facilities. About 15 minutes’ walk into town; supermarkets are also open on Sundays.Translating
Simple campsite, okay for one night. The sanitary facilities were clean. Kitchen and common room available for use. Unfortunately, the grass areas flood when it rains. Quiet location, partly with a view of the town. Perfectly fine for an overnight stay.Translating
