Construction-side parking, narrow access

The former parking area along Ušće is currently affected by construction works. Parking is only possible alongside the construction barriers, and the space is too narrow for a semi-integrated motorhome. Earlier information described toilets, slow-filling water and access to the city by bridge or two bus stops. Weekend nightlife has previously caused people to be turned away.

There is construction work along the entire road here. The parking area as shown does not currently exist. Parking is only possible along the construction barriers. Too narrow for our semi-integrated motorhome.
Safe and peaceful.
I had no problems; the municipal enforcement officer stood 10 meters beside me all night. There was even a shift change and nobody said anything. Cameras everywhere, very safe, and relatively quiet for a large city.
Beware: real police officers in this park try to extort money from you. The technique is well practiced. The officers claim that parking a motorhome is forbidden even during the day—false—and threaten to take you immediately before a judge, who will impose a very large fine. Then they say they want to help and that you can settle it amicably.
On Friday evening we were sent away by the traffic warden. It would be better to park here during the day. At weekends there are many partygoers because this parking area is used for the clubs. Therefore, it is not recommended during the season.
