A fairly flat wild stopping area before the Troumouse cirque, offering spectacular views including Monte Perdido. It is beside a road, although recent reports describe very little traffic overnight, and vehicles can sometimes move farther from the road. The surrounding area includes sheep, cows and marmots, with a small river about 2 minutes away. Road conditions are affected by renovation after a major flood.

Very quiet; it is possible to reverse onto the bank to be farther from the road if you have a small vehicle. A night accompanied by sheep and cows—it was perfect.
A great, quiet and remote stop; if you have 4x4, get away from the road.
We parked 500 meters farther up because the spot was already occupied. The view is magnificent. It is beside the road, but nobody passed from 9 p.m. to 8 a.m. However, be careful about the road condition. There was a major flood last summer and renovation is underway. A Renault Master can get through.
An ideal spot for nature lovers.
Incredible place with movie-like views of Monte Perdido. We spent the night alone, accompanied by Pyrenean marmots. A small river where you can cool off is just two minutes away.
