Lovely views and neatly kept. We found our space quite tight to get in and had no choice of where to go but it was a nice pitch all in.

Pros: beautifully located, spaces large enough, views of the fort and the Moselle. Skate park and football cage nearby. Cons: toilets without seats, toilet paper, or soap; no playground or table-tennis table. No direct access to the Moselle from the campsite, but there is access a little farther on. Great site. Near the town with a bakery. Directly on the Moselle. The washroom is a reason for us not to come back. When we were there it was very cold; the same temperatures were in the building. It was freezing cold, the showers had a pathetic flow and were usually cold. Occasionally they became boiling hot, then freezing cold again. Toilets without seats.✦Translating

We christened our brand-new VW California here. Wonderful municipal campsite, just as we like them. Warm welcome from Laura, the manager; flat, grassy pitch beside the Moselle. The icing on the cake was the very clean, impeccable sanitary facilities. We will return, especially to eat at La Vieille Porte restaurant in Sierck-les-Bains. Beautiful cycling and walking routes nearby.✦Translating

Super overnight stop a day's drive from the Channel. Really friendly receptionist, hot showers, lovely views over the river. Open til 19 October. Camping Municipale like they used to be. Under €15 for the two of us, another €5 for EHU, if you want it.

We spent a few days during the Saint John Festival. Friendly welcome from the manager, well-maintained campsite close to everything: shopping area 400 meters away, magnificent village within walking distance, and a cycle path passing in front of the campsite, which is located along the Moselle with a view of Sierck Castle. Very beautiful, small, and quiet site. Very nice operator. Everything extremely clean! Unfortunately, no restaurant. No bread-roll service because the local baker is on holiday. Supermarket five minutes away by bicycle. Everything is very relaxed. I highly recommend the site.✦Translating

Very good welcome, large pitches for motorhomes, and we were right beside the Moselle with a magnificent view. The bakery that usually delivers bread is on holiday. Very clean sanitary facilities. The only drawback is that the black-water and water service point was out of order. You can still fill up at the sanitary facilities. We will return.✦Translating

Lovely little campsite, very good welcome, beside the water. We spent three nights, unfortunately woken three times between 3 and 5 a.m. We slept in a tent; perhaps you hear less in a motorhome or caravan. On the other side of the river there is a real motorway— incredible, worse than Paris. I will never return.✦Translating

Beautiful little site directly on the Moselle. The sanitary facilities are not the newest, but they are clean and well maintained. The receptionist is super nice and helped me choose a pitch according to my wishes: river view and satellite reception. A pleasant experience. €20 for 7.5 meters and two people with electricity. Very beautiful, quiet site on the banks of the Moselle. The sanitary facilities and the grounds are very clean. Laura, the site manager, listens to all your questions and helps with any small problems you may encounter. I recommend this site; we stayed there at the end of April.
