Very relaxed, friendly and helpful—a wonderful boat trip was organized.
A five-star campsite, with good food and reasonably priced excursions into the Danube Delta. It has a restaurant serving traditional food and a swimming pool where you can relax in the evening. There are also free boats for trips on Murighiol Lake, where you can fish directly from the pier.
Excellent welcome from a very professional young couple. The restaurant serves good typical dishes at reasonable prices. The sanitary facilities are always clean, and the pool is well maintained. Delta tours in English are offered at market prices. We greatly enjoyed the guided tour with our host.
Comfortable site with a swimming pool. The hot water was not working yesterday evening. Ideal starting point for boat tours in the Danube Delta; the owner offers tours himself. We booked with another guide because we were the only interested people that day—€150 for two people for three hours. We have now paid the same for six hours. A fantastic experience, starting at 5:00 a.m. in mid-June.
Christina and Gabriel are young, friendly and helpful in every way! Their campsite is very well organized, with clean sanitary facilities, hot showers and a washing machine. The restaurant serves regional cuisine based on old recipes; the homemade zacusca is among the best I have ever eaten! Gabriel offers his own Delta tours, all at fair prices with excellent value for money.
We can only agree with the positive reviews from previous visitors. A truly great site, now even equipped with a washing machine. The showers and toilets are always clean, and the owners are very friendly and helpful. We also took an eight-hour boat tour through the Danube Delta with Gabriel, including a delicious meal with locals. An unforgettable experience that we highly recommend.
Extremely well-kept site with large pitches; motorhomes stand on gravel surrounded by grass. Electricity and water are available directly at the pitch. The sanitary facilities are very clean and well maintained. The owner, who is a fisherman himself, offers two tours: three hours or seven to eight hours, for €50 or €100. We were out from 7:00 a.m. to 3:15 p.m., including a very tasty lunch delivered by the on-site restaurant run by his wife. Conclusion: superb!
The site is actually closed at the moment for renovation work. Nevertheless, we were allowed to come and spend the night here safely. The toilets and showers only had cold water, but everything was very clean. Very kind operators; thank you for accommodating us. We only had to pay for electricity.
We highly recommend this site. Everything was very clean, well maintained and tastefully designed. Tours into the Delta can be booked directly on site. Thank you for the relaxing stay.
The only downside is that the pitches are very tight because it is busy during high season. You should definitely take the boat tour at 6:00 a.m.—it is fantastic!
Great campsite with everything you need: water and waste disposal, electricity, toilets and showers. The pool is great and everything is very clean. The on-site restaurant is recommended. The two operators are very committed and helpful. The boat tours into the Delta are a must. We will certainly come back.
Lovely small site with everything you need plus a pool; everything is very well maintained and clean. The staff are very friendly! We booked a boat tour when we arrived—a great tour! I would gladly come back.
A really lovely place, charmingly laid out, with a beautiful, very clean pool, swings, hammocks, and a fishing or relaxing pier. Everything is well maintained. Very quiet at the end of May. Spotless sanitary facilities with two showers and two toilets, dishwashing sinks under a shelter, barbecue and restaurant. Warm welcome. At the end of May, 120 lei for two adults, one motorhome and electricity. Three-hour boat trip early in the morning: €150 for four adults. Highly recommended.
Wonderful! Everything is perfect
The showers and toilets are clean and well maintained. Low-season price from September 15: 60 lei per person. The operator offers a boat tour through the Danube Delta, which is recommended. We paid €50 per person for a three-hour boat tour. It is not the cheapest campsite in the area, but it is worth the money. A visit to Halmyris is also recommended.
A lovely small campsite directly on the water. Very clean and lovingly designed. The morning boat trip was excellent. The pool was also a refreshing treat in September. The fish and wine in the restaurant are highly recommended; we felt very comfortable. Thank you for the magnet and the trip.
A very nice site, lovingly decorated, and everything was always very clean. Great swimming pool and a lovely terrace directly on the lake. The boat tour is also recommended. Unfortunately, our restaurant meals were already somewhat cold, but the bread with garlic dip and the wine were delicious.
A beautifully maintained, quiet campsite. The family is extremely friendly and pleasant. The pool is clean and very refreshing. The seating area by the Delta is beautiful. A morning boat trip is highly recommended. It is somewhat more expensive by Romanian standards, but worth every cent.
The campsite is like a good family! They are helpful, and everything is kept clean; the toilets and showers are always in good order too!
Very nice site, friendly owner. Fishing is possible, and boat trips on the river cost €50 per person. Recommended.
We highly recommend this site. It is lovingly designed with many inviting details. The only thing missing is hot water at the dishwashing sinks, although there is a solar system and the showers get very hot. The special highlight is a boat trip. We took the eight-hour tour, which gives a wonderful insight into this magnificent natural environment.
