Beach parking, larger vehicles prohibited

The view is 10/10 and so is the beach. Because there were 15 campers, we drove away from the beach for a while. Everyone was fined €60. We stayed there until the evening and then moved on. But we felt safe and everyone was very nice.

We had an excellent night, very windy in October. After 15 September it is free, and vehicles over 5 metres may not park here. I also found some Sebach chemical toilets that were open at night. Below is a splendid beach with excellent but expensive little bars. Highly recommended!

€87 fine just now. We did not see the sign prohibiting vehicles over 5 metres, which is poorly positioned at the entrance to the road.

We were here today, 19 September 2025, and got a fine because the road is prohibited to vehicles over 5 metres. For others, parking is free from 15 September. The photo of the sign prohibiting access from April to October refers to another parking area right next to it.

Normal parking area. With blue lines indicating car size, see photos. Partial view of the water. CAMPING BEHAVIOUR (chairs, shoes, levelling blocks, doormat, dog blanket, solar bags, etc.) is strictly PROHIBITED in Sardinia all year round. The police check meticulously.

The sandy road parallel to the sea is currently blocked. We took an entrance one further north. We slept somewhat uneasily because of the previous comments, but this was unfounded.

Vandalism Caution

Basically a very beautiful place! One night without problems; on the second, our tyres and those of almost everyone else were slashed.

The place is great as described. BUT BEWARE: this morning around 6 or 7, someone crouched and crept around the campers, apparently trying to open windows or doors. The next morning, three motorhomes had air let out of their tyres. Three of our tyres had been slashed. And this despite the police patrolling at night.

Great spot. Beautiful sea view, beautiful beach, and two bars nearby. Peaceful night.

Our van is well over 2 metres and it was no problem :) Beautiful sunset directly from the van. We stayed here for three nights. It is quiet and safe; the police came once and just greeted us pleasantly. There are two beaches, great for snorkelling. The water is clear and the beach has small gemstones. You can walk along the cliffs on a hiking trail—beautiful.

Very good in the LOW season as an alternative to the few places available in the area. Otherwise, it is a car park for beachgoers. Vehicles over 2 metres can access it when coming from Santa Teresa. Paved, though somewhat sloping.

Beautiful place to spend the night, but some campers' behaviour is unacceptable. Tables and chairs for breakfast are set up in the dunes, even though the area is fenced off and expressly forbidden. No wonder the police check here! Better use the car park further up and walk the few metres down to the beach. Because of campers like this, places will surely soon be prohibited as well.

Perfect for spending the night without camping behaviour. You are at the beautiful beach with a great beach bar in one minute; it is apparently open until mid-October. The lower spaces are also filled with campers, but some behave improperly. There are signs everywhere saying that entering the dunes is prohibited... because of campers like this, it will surely soon be prohibited here too.

We were here at the beginning of October, on our very first trip in a van. The place is dreamy. You park perhaps 20–50 metres from the beach and have a fantastic view. There were about three others there. The police frightened us a little; they came three times a day, but only drove around. As long as nothing attracts attention, everything is easy.

The place could be magnificent, but even in October the police came by twice in the evening to check that there were no motorhomes. Even in a van, we preferred to leave at 8:00 p.m. to avoid being woken in the middle of the night or receiving a fine.

Our very first exoerience spending the night in the van. We went end of september so was accepted to spemd the night there as long as no camping behaviour was present. There are bars with acces to toilets if you are a client. Otherwise the public toilet is not great but it exists. Police came by areound 9pm but only drove around without stopping. There were quite a large number of vans present

Free parking from 16 September. We stayed two nights and used it as a base to visit the nearby tourist spots. Perfect for a peaceful night, with sea views, a beautiful sunset and a lovely starry sky. Free cold showers on the beach, chemical toilets. There are two beach bars. In high season, beware of checks on vehicle dimensions; maximum length 5 metres.

Nice place. It’s free to park from 16.09 onwards till the season starts again (as indicated on the parking signs). BUT- it’s not allowed to enter for vehicles longer than 5m or higher than 2m (signs at entry). So when the police will come (they came twice in four days) each camper had to pay 60€. We were lucky- stayed for two nights, and one on the way back and we did not have to pay.

Absolutely great place if you are travelling in a smaller car. The police did not make any attempt to bother us in our Renault Kangoo—why would they?! However, we searched in vain for the toilets mentioned. Perhaps try the beach bar 200 metres away. Everything else is a dream!

A truly beautiful place, perfect beach, wonderful water. However, around 5:30 p.m. the police told us that parking and staying were prohibited, otherwise there would be a fine. He said parking on the sand was not allowed, but we could stay in the higher parking area. (We have a 6-metre van, not a motorhome, and showed no camping behaviour such as levelling blocks, chairs, etc.)

We arrived in the evening and left in the morning before 8am, before the parking fee started. The beach looks very nice and quiet. There is a ban for large vehicles, if you respect it you won't get a fine. We were only two vans at night in early September. There are rubbish bins, please use them properly!

Excellent parking area. Beware, it is strictly limited to vehicles over 2 metres in height. Very busy during the day.

Beware, fines are raining down. At the beginning of the road there are size restrictions, so watch out because they are serious about it. Take your money to the west coast, where you are more welcome.

Very narrow and crowded parking area during the day, but a very pleasant and quiet place to sleep in the evening. We were here last year too; the glass containers were emptied at 6 a.m., which was somewhat noisy. Otherwise, we have nothing bad to say about this place.

WARNING!!! €60.90 fine for no access to large motorhomes during the summer. The free beach is a little dirty, but the beach bar is very nice. Free showers near the bar. Avoid it with large vehicles.

From 30 June to 1 July, access is prohibited for vehicles over 5 metres long and 2 metres high.

The place is very beautiful, but on a Friday in August there was a party at the beach bar and everything was extremely crowded with people and cars. It was not a quiet or safe area to sleep. During the day it costs €1 per hour, and I do not know whether cars are allowed to remain parked at night.

It was very windy the night we stayed, but it was a quiet night. The place is very good for sleeping right by the sea.
