81 Route d'Essert, 1733, Treyvaux
Been here?
Gravel parking area in the forest on the hillside between Treyvaux and Essert. Quiet by day, doubling as a nice picnic spot with shade and birdsong, though close to a somewhat busy road with evening traffic. The ground is uneven, so use levelling blocks. Some visitors leave litter behind, so pack out your own rubbish.

Nice place to stay. Bring plenty of levelling blocks because it is slightly sloping everywhere. It is a gravel parking area. Take your rubbish with you, because apparently not everyone does. You can walk straight into the forest from here.Translating
Beautiful place, ideal as a daytime park: shade and birdsong. However, it is immediately beside the Essert–Treyvaux road, which is fairly busy (and apparently has no speed camera).Translating
The ground is quite sloped and there is through traffic in the early evening. We drove on.Translating
