Fjord parking, overnight not legal

This is not an overnight parking area for motorhomes! Out of respect for the locals, every sensible camper observes the 150-meter distance from the nearest residential building! Just because some irresponsible campers even extend their awnings and spread out does not make it more legal or better. Please do not use this place for overnight stays!

Two points for the beautiful view, but it is terribly noisy if you park in the front row. The place is on a slope, so truck engines are especially loud. It may be quieter at the back, with less of a view. We drove on.

Very level, large area, elevated so that you have a great view over the water. The night was very quiet, with little traffic. Absolutely fine for one night.

Simple gravel parking beside the road with a beautiful view. Very light traffic at night, but you can hear it when they pass. Recommended for a quick stay.

Beautiful view and quiet night. Elevated above the E39, paved and relatively level. Convenient when the weather deteriorates and fog partially covers the mountains.

Very nice parking area on the E36, great view, space for about eight campers, but of course you can hear the passing cars and trucks.

A good slightly elevated stop off the E39. Due to the elevation road noise is significantly reduced. Beautiful views across the water and nice sunset. Could be a little exposed if windy but otherwise a good option for this area.

As described so solid. Okay night sleep, fairly big road so a little noise but fine at night.
