Strada Bradului, 505303, Timișu de Sus
Been here?
This is a roadside wild spot with a few places to stop, but police recently ordered visitors to leave because it is apparently private property. The road and train are faintly audible, while access can become difficult after heavy rain. A spring is located just after the bridge on the left. This is bear country, so caution is required.

The police drove us out of the spot this morning at 10 a.m.; apparently it is private property. We were 100 meters farther away than the indicated point. However, for the police to come, someone must have called them. Just so you know.
Very nice place. I was yesterday for a night. High grass in july, but there is no problem to get into. Few spots for vans. I wasn't alone. BE CAREFUL - it's bear region. One crossed the road when I was turn into the spot. It's better to have bear spray, and stay not so long out of car and do not leave any food or trash outside.
Great place to spend the night. You can hear the road and train very faintly, but it didn’t bother us. There are no signs indicating a nature reserve, only one warning about bears. We spent a very pleasant afternoon and night there!
Great spot. Actually. At 10 p.m. the police arrived with flashing lights and politely but firmly asked us to leave immediately because this is a nature reserve. This was not apparent to us.
Perfect halfway between Sinaia and Brasov. The noise is quite bearable; it’s a beautiful place.
The spot is nice, very flat and peaceful for a stop. It’s true that you can hear the train and the road, so if you want peace there are better places. The grass is currently overgrown, which gives you grip in case of rain, but also makes access to the river difficult, and there are some stinging weeds. Not bad for the day, perhaps one night.
