This spacious gravel and grass hiking area is opposite a wine cooperative and is suited to quiet stays, walking and cycling. It has shaded picnic tables, grey-water disposal and water, while black-water disposal and electricity have been reported as unavailable. The parking is generally very quiet, though dogs may bark and vehicles begin passing early. The access roads near Vinchio are narrow and sometimes steep.

Huge area with water available—something that is almost never lacking in northern Italy, fortunately. There is little shade; the picnic tables are a plus!
Very beautiful, spacious, convenient and quite calm! Came from Alessandria and the roads right before Vinchio were quite stressful - narrow and sometimes a little steep. We went in the late evening so we passed only one car. Very nice winery in front of the parking, volleyball and football fields, many various birds singing. Wifi is very weak but outside it's OK. Free water.
A beautiful place to relax in nature and go for walks, very quiet at night! We could not find the water, probably because it was shut off or frozen. The grey-water drain worked; we did not empty the black water because we would not have been able to rinse it.
Great spot, very quiet, with a pleasant one-hour round-trip walk to the village. We were alone at the end of November.
Plenty of space with all services. Beautiful hikes through magnificent nature. All free, so thank you to the municipality—five stars.
The night was fairly quiet, and the spot is dog-friendly. Plenty of space, with tables for comfortable meals. Cars start passing early, but it is not too bothersome. There are indeed dogs that bark regularly, but they stop fairly quickly. A few mosquitoes in the evening, but beware of wasps in the morning.
Very practical and pleasant service area. However, there is no black-water disposal or electricity. Wine cellar nearby, a big plus.

Excellent place with water and electricity. The only drawback is dogs barking repeatedly during the night, presumably the dogs from the winery opposite.

Excellent free area, beautiful and well designed. We spent two peaceful nights there, using the water supply and grey-water disposal, and taking several walks.
Quiet, plenty of spaces, and an effective water fountain. Very little traffic in the evening and at night, a little more in the morning. The birdsong is soothing, but there are many barking dogs around. The lights from the wine company also illuminate the area at night, so if you want complete darkness, this is not the place.
Nice parking area opposite a winery, with four marked spaces and other unmarked ones. Grey-water disposal and water filling are possible from the fountain. Quiet place surrounded by greenery, with possible electric-car charging. No toilet.
