2 Wunderbrunnen, 22457, Hamburg
Been here?
Well-kept campsite beneath trees, with spacious green pitches and clean, adequate sanitary facilities. Bus 191 connects to the underground, and the U2/U3 provide direct access into Hamburg; the journey takes about 45 minutes. The nearby autobahn can be loud, while Wi-Fi and mobile data are weak. The gate closes after 22, with no emergency contact number reported.

The site was perfect for us to explore Hamburg conveniently. Bus 191 to the subway, then the U2/U3 directly into Hamburg. Sanitary facilities were always clean and sufficiently available. The ladies at reception were very friendly and helpful. The motorway did not bother us at all and was barely audible. Wi-Fi is the only area needing improvement; in the evening it regularly cuts out.Translating
Very well-maintained site, unfortunately the Wi-Fi and mobile data leave much to be desired. The motorway is quite loud. Cycling into Hamburg takes 30–40 minutes; public transport requires a change, but the site is fine for one or two days.Translating
Excellent campsite. We stayed here on the last day before returning the motorhome. It was no problem to park our own car as well. You can hear road noise, but it did not prevent a good night's sleep.Translating
Very nice area, a bit far from centrum but to be expected. Showers and common area was very good! Only thing i did not like was that the gate closed after 22 and there was no number to call to get in or out in emergency.
We are here over Pentecost. Great campsite under trees. The standard pitches are nicely spacious, sanitary facilities are excellently maintained, and there is a dishwasher, bread-roll service, and a lounge with television. The very friendly staff even stayed open longer for check-in because many people were stuck in traffic. Highly recommended; we would happily return.Translating
Completely satisfied. Beautiful pitches with lots of greenery.Translating
The site is well laid out, with fairly large pitches. The staff are friendly. We arrived Friday after 6 p.m. and left Sunday before noon. However, nearly €200 for a motorhome, two adults, a two-year-old child, and a dog seems rather disproportionately expensive. Sanitary facilities are clean but somewhat dated. The motorway is clearly audible. The playground is just a climbing frame.Translating
I wanted to quickly dispose of waste on a Sunday and would of course have paid for it. I was rudely told no, because disposal is only possible Monday to Friday. Ridiculous! For that, actually no stars.Translating
I wanted to book at the machine around 8:15 p.m. But since the barrier would not open for two other cars even after a long time experimenting, I called the emergency service, but only reached an answering machine. Eventually a car got through and the first one followed through its barrier. Then I dared to book, but it did not work because it would not accept my name. By then it was 9 p.m.; zero points for that.Translating
We were greeted very warmly at reception. The sanitary facilities are clean and available in sufficient numbers. The journey into the city by bus and subway takes about 45 minutes. We reserved in advance; despite being off-season, it was full.Translating
Very pleasant campsite, wooded and quiet. The sanitary facilities are clean, with showers and toilets, and washing machines, a dryer, and dishwasher are available. Bus nearby for visiting Hamburg.Translating
It is rare for everything to be right, as it is here. Friendly staff, clean facilities, and large pitches. The motorway noise and relatively high price are acceptable.Translating
A little out of the way and expensive, but Hamburg is easily accessible by public transport.Translating
Waste disposal, electricity, water, sanitary facilities, and Wi-Fi included. Pitch 30 had good Wi-Fi. The pitch is large, but rain can make it muddy. The grass is not everywhere. Bread-roll service is nice but expensive. Unfortunately, our bag was swapped once. The showers were properly heated, which I liked. Laundry is operated via an app and worked well. The on-site TV did not work, probably because of the trees.Translating
Our reason for choosing this site was its proximity to the airport. We were greeted warmly, but assigned a pitch at the very back even though the campsite was partly empty, so we had quite a long walk to the sanitary building. The toilets and showers were unpleasantly cool and smelled strongly of dried-out drains. We paid €81 for one night with a later checkout.Translating
Beautiful site with many trees and large pitches. Friendly welcome. Check-in was still possible at 6:30 p.m. after registering by phone. Showers, included in the price, and toilets are clean and sufficiently available. The journey into the city by bus and subway takes about 45 minutes. We would come again.Translating
Site near the motorway with friendly staff. The pitch and sanitary facilities were very clean, although the site was fully booked. Our pitch was large, with plenty of room for the vehicle and possibly an awning. Although we were there in the low season, the site was full, so reserve in advance. The distance to the electrical hookup was very long; we had to unwind the full 25 meters. We will return.Translating
We slept directly beside the motorway; it was very loud. The sanitary facilities are excellent. Three minutes to the nearest bus into the city center. Without a reservation we would not have got a pitch. There is a Greek restaurant nearby with really good food and very friendly hosts; highly recommended.Translating
Very good campsite with all services, next to an IKEA and close to public transport for reaching central Hamburg in barely an hour.Translating
I find €49.60 for two people with a pitch and electricity quite expensive. Wi-Fi okay, sanitary facilities clean, spacious pitch.Translating
Very beautiful, well-maintained site. The sanitary facilities are clean and sufficient. There is even a television room that can also be used as a playroom and dining room when it rains for a long time—ideal for children. Hamburg is quickly accessible by bus and subway. Everything was perfect for us.Translating
The bathrooms are very clean, but far from where the tents are pitched. €19.50 for one night with a bicycle and tent. For spending one night, there is a lot of motorway noise.
