24 Girabodawäg, 7075, Churwalden
Been here?
Camping Pradafenz sits right at the Churwalden lift, ideal for skiing, tobogganing and mountain biking straight from your pitch. Facilities are consistently praised as spotless, modern and heated, with washing machines, a drying room and friendly, helpful staff. It's fairly pricey by non-Swiss standards but includes discounts at the lift and restaurant. Supermarkets, bus stop and restaurant are all a short walk away, with grass pitches offering little shade or shelter.

Cool campsite, also great for children. Very friendly operator; we paid 48 francs including electricity for one night for two people. Spontaneous arrival is also possible. If everything is full, it is still possible to stay in the car park in front.
Top place, as already mentioned. Today we paid CHF 56.50 per night for two adults, one motorhome and electricity. The short-stay camper pitches have no shade.
Excellent showers, toilets, washing machines, internet and very friendly staff. You cannot get any closer to the ski lift.
An absolutely top-class campsite! The staff are incredibly friendly, helpful and welcoming—you feel welcome from the very first moment. The sanitary facilities are spotlessly clean, modern and very spacious. Large drying room for ski equipment. Directly by the child-friendly Churwalden slopes and the gondola to the large Lenzerheide-Arosa ski area. Ideal! We always enjoy coming back!
Exceptionally clean sanitary facilities, which is greatly appreciated. Despite the somewhat high price—€60 for two adults, one dog and electricity—the place is very pleasant, and the pitches are large. Very close to the local activities.
Wonderful campsite. Clean, new, beautiful views, right at the foot of the slopes and the toboggan run. Swiss prices.
Wonderful campsite in winter, right next to the ski slope. Excellent sanitary facilities that were always clean and heated, with underfloor heating. If you cannot get up because of the snow, they pull you up with a Radtrax vehicle.
Chilled place to come to with a relaxed check in (paid in the morning as I arrived after reception closed). Very good facilities.
Excellent campsite all around, with everything needed for winter camping. Great team and excellent sanitary facilities. Cable cars and supermarket right outside the door. We will definitely come back.
Campsite directly next to the ski slope in Churwalden. In winter, chains are recommended when driving a motorhome into the campsite, so you can safely reach your pitch without problems, as the campsite is slightly on a slope. Sanitary building spacious and clean, as are the laundry room, washing-up area and ski room. Directly next to the gondola toward Lenzerheide, sports shop, shopping facilities, restaurants and bus stop. Space for large motorhomes too; reservation recommended, as reception is not always staffed. All in all, a pleasant and lovely stay.
It is impressive how beautiful and clean it is. The facilities are truly excellent, and the welcome is wonderful! Everything has been well thought out. Congratulations!!!
Very nice site. Ideally located for mountain-biking tours or hiking. We paid 44 Swiss francs for one night, self-sufficient. We can only recommend the campsite. We would gladly come back.
Beautiful and uncomplicated site; modern, clean sanitary facilities. You can take the gondola directly up. The reception offers discounts for the gondola and Restaurant Portal—we will try the restaurant today; prices are average for Switzerland.
Right next to the valley station. Excellent infrastructure!!!
Very suitable for winter camping—drying room, close to the gondola and the downhill run ends nearby. Well maintained and very friendly, helpful staff.
Great site! Very friendly and uncomplicated staff, excellent sanitary facilities. The location right next to a lift is perfect for being transported quickly to the trails by bike. We stayed for three nights and would gladly come back.
Fantastic surroundings, and the campsite is worth five stars. Warm shower area and sanitary facilities, excellent and clean. We stayed there for three nights.
Top campsite, friendly reception, the cleanest sanitary facilities of the whole holiday. The playground was not yet set up at Easter, but there was a cool marble run. Also ideal for winter camping or for one night while passing through the Julier Pass.
