Quiet picnic spot, flies and smells

This is a picnic spot in a very quiet setting, reached easily. Cows and horses roam freely, but flies and the smell from a nearby stable can be unpleasant. The spring has little water, there are few level spaces, and other campers may be noisy.

We were at the site on the afternoon of 18 August 2022. It was cool, but the flies and smell from the barn opposite forced us to leave. The spring had little water, there were noise from the other campers, and few level spaces. Perhaps it is fine in early spring or late autumn.
