78 Levée des Tuileries, 41000, Blois
Been here?
A small gravel space for 3 or 4 vehicles on the banks of the Loire, about 2 km from central Blois. It is prohibited from 1 June to 30 September and has no height limit. The area is more or less level, with a trash can and picnic table; daytime road and bridge noise is possible, but nights are generally quiet.

Nice spot on the banks of the Loire, ideal for one night.
Lovely spot for a quiet night by the Loire.
Very poor place, right next to the road, busy, cyclists, and bridge noise.
Adequate spaces, a little noisy during the day but quiet at night, good for visiting the city. Hopefully the city will continue to let us use this spot!
Great park-up, with a convenient walk into town. I prefer this location to the one farther down, which would be a bit noisy. The area is used as a turning bay, but there is plenty of room to park and for vehicles to turn.
By the Loire, with a very pretty view of the bridge. Perfect for one night. We were alone on the first weekend of October. The town center is 5–10 minutes away by bike.
Lovely spot opposite the Loire, but with no privacy at all, which is not ideal for being discreet.
Beautiful spot for camping out of season, after September 30 and before June 1. Quite peaceful and safe, right on the Loire River, with room for four campers without annoying the locals. Perfect.
