Forest-edge swimming, muddy off-season

Lost in the forest with a chaotic road; the parking area is a swamp. Do not go there. We even thought we might run into Shrek and Fiona.

Unless it is the height of summer, much of the site is underwater and muddy. At night, some vehicles also drive past, although they cannot go very fast because of the poor road. If two campers are standing on dry ground here, the locals already have no space when the ground is wet, so please only stay here overnight. Thank you!

We had a quiet night. When it rains, you need to be careful where you park because parts of the site have deep mud.

We spent a quiet night alone in this forest parking area. Only very occasionally did a car pass by. The forest offers many walking opportunities. Hardly any mosquitoes! No satellite reception.

Quiet, secluded place. Unfortunately, many mosquitoes. Great walking loop for dogs, so there are sometimes walkers with dogs in the morning and evening, but everyone is relaxed. Ideal for one night. For those who cannot find the swimming area: about 100 metres farther down the road there is a lay-by. Simply follow the path along the fence north towards the lake. You will find several small swimming spots there.

Very nice and peaceful place. Bring something against insects; there are many mosquitoes. Very damp. There is a fence around the lake, so you cannot quickly jump in for a swim. At the foot of a rye field, you can enjoy a beautiful sunset.

Very quiet place on a Tuesday evening. Beautiful walks are possible in the surrounding area. We met a few walkers, but they were all very friendly.

Quiet parking area in full shade. We had a wonderfully peaceful night and you can walk the dogs beautifully. There were two walkers in the morning, but everyone was very friendly. Please take your rubbish with you so that this place remains available for a long time! :)
